The tea house, 10 m from the Limfjord

You'll love my place because it's a summer house in a great location at the end of the forest and with the water as the closest neighbor a few meters from the front door. The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyll, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the waves and wildlife up close. The teahouse is part of the manor house Eskjær Hovedgaard, and is therefore adjacent to beautiful and historical surroundings. See www.eskjaer-hovedgaard.com. The house itself is simply furnished, but accommodates all everyday needs. My home is good for couples and suitable for nature and the culture tourist.

Lovely annex with lots of options

Accommodation of approx. 22m2 with ceiling, private bathroom with shower, private kitchen with fridge and induction hobs. The annex is placed as an angle on the carport/utility room and is located in the garden. There are 4 sleeping places, two on the loft and two on the sofa bed. Duvets/pillows/bedding/ towels/ kitchen towels are for free use. A washing machine/tumble dryer can be borrowed, however, just as the glass house is for free use with the host couple. The property is located about 2 km from the fjord and forest as well as 8 km from Juelsminde.

The home is located in rural surroundings but at the same time close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is all the way up the road but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected- especially during weekdays and during harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city centre. Everyone is welcome. Vi udlejer hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l. Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold. Max 3 uger

There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Keep in mind that the stairs to the 1st floor are a bit steep, and there's not so much space around the double bed. Total renovated holiday apartment of 130 m2 located in the village of Kvols, which is located by Hjarbæk Fjord. The apartment is located on the first floor of the old hayloft of a former farmhouse. Everything was replaced and renovated in 2012, only the visible ceiling beams are retained. There are beautiful views from the apartment. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, this can be purchased.
