Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 sweet cats and a child (*Jan.2022). Kitchen is NOT shared! The "Dreifaltigkeitskirche" bus stop (bus lines 1OO; 2OO; 121) is a 1-minute walk. Restaurants/cafes around the corner. You use your own separate shower room. The room faces the cozy and green courtyard. When the weather is nice, our south balcony invites you to linger. Our place is great for solo and business travelers.

We can serve a nice vegetarian breakfast (6,5 € per person extra and paid at the end of your stay). Please check with us for availability during your stay. The gym room is also at your disposal. We have a little cat, just for you to be aware in case you have problems with allergic reactions.
