On the ground floor, there is a natural stone floor with underfloor heating, a large, light-filled living room with a couch (sofa bed available) and a TV with soundbar, a fireplace, and a large dining table, a kitchen, a guest toilet, and a utility room with heating and a washing machine. Wi-Fi throughout the house with a fiber-optic connection.

Perfect for ski holidays, mountain-bike adventures, or a relaxing nature retreat, our cosy home is an ideal base. The surrounding hills offer scenic walks and beautiful views year-round. Beautiful, fully equipped 3-room house with private garden. The house is design-oriented. It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) including a hood, a double bed and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. From one bedroom and the living room, there is an entrance to the garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.

A little inconspicuous on the outside, the old house is a real eye-catcher on the inside. As a host, we are happy to give tips.
