On the ground floor, there is a natural stone floor with underfloor heating, a large, light-filled living room with a couch (sofa bed available) and a TV with soundbar, a fireplace, and a large dining table, a kitchen, a guest toilet, and a utility room with heating and a washing machine. Wi-Fi throughout the house with a fiber-optic connection.

The house is located in the middle of the beautiful water district of Lüneburg with the Stint and the old crane, the mecca for restaurants and bars. The Brausebrücke [pedestrian bridge] around the corner takes you directly into the city and offers great photo opportunities. Quietly located, you can see from the window the original filming locations of the well-known soap opera "Rote Rosen"... maybe the camera is running right now. On foot you are in five minutes at the train station, at the town hall, on the Sande or directly in the relevant shopping streets of the city.

Beautiful, fully equipped 3-room house with private garden. The house is design-oriented. It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) including a hood, a double bed and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. From one bedroom and the living room, there is an entrance to the garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.
