It consists of two buildings: one with a bedroom and bathroom, and another with a living room, second bathroom, and a sheltered, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. MULBERRY TREE COTTAGE A PERFECT ESCAPE

3 cute cottages, named Mulberry tree, Daphne and Chestnut tree, with private pool each one, and very nice surrounded terraces full of trees, plants and flowers, located at Potami (means river) area, between Agnontas beach and Panormos beach. They are full of character with elegant interior decors, entirely suited to the gloriously peaceful rural setting. They are set on the hillside overlooking the Potami valley, on land that has been in the owner's family for over 100 years.

The residence is built at the foot of Xirovouni in Central Evia. Xirovouni is a continuation of Dirfys and although its name is full of rich and dense vegetation. Fir trees, plane trees and oaks are the scenery of the area and the view of the house.
