Farmstay holiday rentals in Central Greece

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! Kostas was an exceptional host—warmhearted, kind, and incredibly welcoming. He greeted our fairly large group of 22 people, including 10 children aged 2 to 12, with genuine hospitality. The house was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped—at no point did we feel we were lacking anything. It was impeccably clean, and every detail in the interior felt carefully chosen, with a lovely respect for tradition. We especially appreciated the attentive hosting, the stunning terrace and garden, and the direct access to a charming little beach a few steps away. Overall, it was a wonderful, home-like experience in a very child-friendly setting and magnificent landscape. Highly recommended!

Very cool find! I felt like I was in a Greek movie staying at this location. Our host was amazing and so sweet, she cooked for us which we really appreciate it after a long travel day! Highly recommend this location!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was easy to find, great location is adorable and so cute. The gardens are incredibly beautiful – a true highlight. Calypso and Marella were amazing, so helpful and kind. The surprise of fresh fruit, vegetables, and olive oil was delightful and so delicious – a truly thoughtful touch! We also loved exploring the local national park beach; it was stunning and felt like our own private paradise on weekdays. We can't recommend this place enough!

Pefkos paradise really deserves its name: it is a paradise!!! The location is amazing with a stunning view, the swimming pool is great and the house is really beautiful. We loved the absolute quietness of the aerea. Kostas was very helpful any time we needed some and very kind as well. We loved everything!!! We’ll come back for sure. Thank you 😊

Delightful accommodation as advertised. My partner and I had a wonderful week there. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the countryside and the chora of Skopelos. Getting to the city may not be very comfortable on foot, but for those with their own vehicle it is perfect. Hara is a very sweet person and was very kind, she and her husband offered to pick us up at the port on arrival and were flexible on check-out time. Cooking at home is possible, but perhaps a little difficult because the kitchen is not very equipped for a real meal, but it is fine for breakfast.

Vangelis was the perfect host . Whenever I needed something, he was available to help. The house is spotless and exactly as I expected and as shown in the photos. A paradise of peace and tranquility. Karystos is also a very beautiful place that can cover all preferences. Whether you want peace of mind or fun. I thank Vangelis for his wonderful hospitality . Vaggelis was the perfect host. I couldn't expect anything more. Always there when we need him ready to help me. The house was perfect and exactly as we see it in the pictures. Realy clean and equipped with everything you needed for your stay. A paradise of calmness and nature. I would suggest it to any one without a second thought.

A quiet and elegant room with a cool courtyard and a view of the vegetable garden and the mountain. On the outskirts of Orchomenos with the great antiquities and near the archaeological site of Chaeronea.

We had a great time. The villa is very private and a short drive to the beach. The pool and outdoor area is large and very well maintained. The house was perfect for a large family group. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The location is stunning with views over the mountains, the outdoor space is beautiful with an outdoor kitchen area that we really enjoyed. Inside every detail was thought about to make our stay a real home from home. We will be coming back again for sure! Cherry was so friendly and helpful with local advice and arranging things for us and checking on the ferry status. All just wonderful!

We spent a week in this beautiful place and we really had a hard time saying goodbye. It was by far the most beautiful vacation I've ever had. The accommodation is built on a quiet hill with a dreamlike view. Yiannis and Sofia were extremely nice and supplied us with eggs and fresh fruit and vegetables from our own garden every day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and allows you to cook with Greek olive oil and herbs. The stay really left nothing to be desired and the value for money is great! An absolute recommendation for everyone who wants a detox from the stressful everyday life and wants to take a break in nature! Thanks for this unforgettable week and see you soon!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay here — truly one of our favorite places when visiting Greece! Mirto was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and welcoming. The space itself is very pleasant and thoughtfully designed, with a charming private outdoor patio that overlooks a grassy area and the chicken and turkey coop — such a fun and unique view, especially for the kids! This place is a true gem for families. Our children had so much space to run around, play soccer with the goals set up on the lawn, and enjoy the dedicated play areas for younger kids. It felt like a little countryside retreat that kept everyone happy and entertained. The only thing to note is that it can be a bit tricky to find at first, but it’s well worth the effort. We can’t wait to come back!

Kostos was great, easy to communicate with and answered phone immediately. Was helpful and wanted us to have a good time. The photos don't really do it justice, its much nicer in real life. You absolutely need a car and its the kind of place where you want to get away from it all. Peaceful. You need provisions before you arrive, especially if you arrive late. There is lots of wildlife up there. We all had a good time.

We are a family of 6 with Kids and Teenagers. The house was beautiful and clean. The view is breathtaking and we had a wonderful time… Theoni was soo nice. She took such good care of us, even went shopping some basics before we arrived. If I were the biggest critic I could not find a thing to nag about… Everything was simply perfect.. thank you again and we‘ll definitely come again… highly recommended!!!

The villa is so spacious, plenty of place to sleep, and relax. Full of nature, best scenery of the sea, mountain, town and hill. The room is clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed the fruit freshly picked from the garden. It's highly recommended for family and large group of visitors...! This is the best stay we have ever had outside our country...!

Large fully furnished house, AC in every room, pool that was a real highlight (when not swimming in it you get to watch the birds and bats feeding from it), 35 min drive to some fantastic beaches. 1.15hr to Olympia, 50 mins to Nafpaktos (gorgeous little town). The hosts were amazingly friendly and willing to answer any texts we sent them (questions about how things worked / locality recommendations). Theres a village store 2 mins away for essentials. If basing yourself in this part of Greece i cant recommend it enough.

Christina is a wonderful host and such a kind and nice person. The house was amazing and clean, we were there with small children and everything we needed was there. We rented a car at the airport and in 20 minutes we were at the house. The pool and garden were perfect for ourselves and the kids as well. We will definitely come here again !

Everything was as perfect as I thought it would be! Nasos is the most thoughtful, gracious host, especially during the uncertain times. He provided me with all the information I needed and showed me around when I needed it too! The kitchen has everything you should need, the bed comfortable and the bathroom and the terrace are excellent! The location and views are incredible too. Nasos went way beyond to make my long weekend memorable - thanks Nasos!

I had a truly magical stay at Estate Villa Oinoi! The swimming pool and unique outside ballroom were breathtaking, and the beautiful garden and vineyard added to its rustic charm. The impeccable interior design made me feel like I had stepped back in time to the days of knights and chivalry. Overall, Estate Villa Oinoi is the perfect blend of history, luxury, and natural beauty. I highly recommend this extraordinary estate to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable vacation!
