Even at night with two art markets open from 6pm to 1am right across the street. A very walkable area just two blocks from the FQ.

The Balcony Suite is an intimate space with a private bathroom. It was recently Restored/Renovated with new furnishings and fixtures. Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. This Marigny triangle studio apartment is nestled between the live music on Frenchmen street and the nightlife in the french quarter. With that comes some noise, but this location is worth the trade off. Walk to everything the city has to offer. Go watch the street musicians or listen to a band at a Frenchmen street bar just steps from your door. No need to use public restrooms when yours is so close!
