Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar straw bale home, with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast included for the first 2 days.

Enjoy the stunning panoramic rural vistas while soaking in the deluxe outdoor bath for two, take a row in the romantic wooden rowboat, make s'mores by the outdoor fire. If the weather is cold light the indoor fire and be warm and toasty while you curl up with a good book, or pull out the selection of board games and have a cozy day in. You can even watch a movie on the projector screen that comes down with the press of a button right at the end of the bed. A unique and special couples getaway.
