Holiday rentals with breakfast in Central Illinois

We had a wonderful time at Jeff’s place and in St. Louis! Everything was as expected in the description and the accommodations were very cozy and comfortable! He was very responsive and had a great list of recommendations for things to do. We appreciated the private backyard and covered parking option. We did make note before our stay that we would be there over a weekend and there is a bar across the street. We were happy to have packed ear plugs because it was a noisy Saturday night but that was not unexpected and the earplugs did the trick! We had no other noise issues after Saturday night. We would definitely recommend this spot to others! Soulard is a great area and this spot is easily walkable to all the main bars and restaurants.

Beautiful restoration of a historic building! It was cozy and well-appointed, but uncluttered. Location was perfect for our needs (exploring the area for a possible relocation from another state). In a historic home, there aren’t as many power outlets as some newer home but the host(s) has strategically placed extension cords in a few locations which was really handy (eg. plugging in cell phone chargers by the bed). Great place, great host, great location, and great experience. Highly recommended!

A beautifully, tastefully remodeled older home very close to downtown, Main St, Katy Trail and the Missouri River. This home has a modern kitchen and bathrooms while still maintaining the aesthetics and charm of an early 20th century home. Everything was well appointed: Plenty of dishes, utensils, towels and bath and kitchen amenities. Living room had lots of comfy couches with recliners and a large flat screen. Huge dining table, perfect for large groups. Backyard was immaculate. Host went out of their way to accommodate us. We've stayed in several places in St. Charles, this is, by far, the best, hands down.

This is a great unit that has all the amenities you'll ever need. It has a cozy feel that will make you feel right at home. You'll also enjoy it's central location. The hosts is outstanding and very responsive!

The cottage exceeded our expectations! This cottage was amazing, so beautiful inside and out. When we arrived the ladies at the front desk were so helpful, politely, and pointed us in the correct location to the cottage. When arriving at the cottage we were so excited walking through. The downstairs was my favorite to see and be in. There were picture and information throughout the house. I loved seeing and learning information about things that involved the house. This cottage is by far my favorite so far that I have stayed in. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay! We hope to see you all in the future!

We rented this house for a few of our employees working it town. It worked perfectly for us. There is plenty of space and we loved the recreation room. Highly recommend. We have already booked our second stay.

Great place to stay in Tower Grove! Super close to lots of places, and walkable to a few restaurants and coffee shops. Perfect location if you want to be near the parks, the Hill, Soulard and downtown. Easy parking on the street. There is parking in the back alley, but it’s pretty tight. We always had a spot right in front.

Senka was an outstanding host! She is extremely thoughtful and it shows. Her unit has all of the things you didn’t know you needed in a comfortable stay, including slippers, bath robes, stocked snacks in the mini fridge and more. It is extremely tidy and spotlessly clean, and was a very cozy environment. What really stood out about her is the care and overall hospitality she showed. She was there to greet me upon arrival. It happened to be pouring rain and I was without an umbrella. Before making it out of my car, Senka hurries to hers and pulls out an umbrella for me to use so as to stay dry walking up to the property (and graciously let me use it while out for a concert that evening). Senka ensured that everything was in good shape, and walked through everything while ensuring I had no access issues. Her level of care is unrivaled. This was perfect for my overnight stay, and I would definitely stay here again, without hesitation!

Anjenette’s airbnb was one of the best parts of my short trip to St. Louis! Especially having a basement spot really helped the humidity of June there. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a walkable and comfortable stay in St. Louis area!!

Pleasant stay. This place felt a lot like an old-fashioned bed and breakfast, with a lot of attention to detail. Diana was there to welcome us to the house. The kitchen was stocked with breakfast items. We had everything we needed, and the place was comfortable and welcoming.

Danielle's loft is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how stylish and clean the space was. The natural light floods the loft, making it feel open and inviting. The location was perfect, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. Danielle was a fantastic host, super responsive and thoughtful. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the welcome basket in the bathrooms and the high quality linens. My stay was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, and I can't wait to book again. Highly recommend this loft to anyone looking for a top notch Airbnb experience!

Ryan did the research. I instantly felt at home. A haven of coziness. He provided everything, so much more then other affordable Airbnb's. He was very considerate when providing amenity. Gourmet coffee, spices, washer/dryer, toiletries and more. Ryan deserves a big fat 'A'. Thanks for a great stay and being the best Airbnb I've ever been to.

I loved my stay at Larry's home! He was a great host and made the most delicious breakfasts. I enjoyed getting to know him and the other guests over the meal. Larry also shared his Mobot pass, and my partner and I walked 5 mins to the garden spent an entire day wandering around the grounds. I did hear a bit of sound at night, but I brought earplugs so it was no problem. The room is spacious, and it was simple to check out. I only wish we got to share one more breakfast with Larry :).

Everything Was wonderful and clean as it look on the picture. Cozy big bed , 2 big tvs , quite neighborhood. Definitely worth it

My friends and I really enjoyed our time at the Great House. We made a point to spend time in every room as each room offered a different but classic feel. I have to say, the house really enhanced our trip. I highly recommend staying there. The hosts also provided us with everything we needed from a charcuterie try to a nice simple breakfast. Great experience all around.

Rachelle was amazing! She's friendly, helpful and makes an amazing breakfast! The home is clean and I loved the history of the home she shared with us. Rachelle made us feel comfortable and like we'd been friends forever!

Great location between Busch Stadium and Soulard. The neighborhood felt safe because of ample street lighting and well-cared-for properties. Inside, the charm comes from art, and outside, from the beautiful backyard. Loved the little touches such as muffins, granola bars, and tea and coffee.

We loved our stay here. The house was well put together and homey. We enjoyed the extra touches, like toothbrushes, makeup removers, and wonderful extra snacks for the kiddos. (Especially after the hot zoo all day). There was also a fantastic “guidebook” put together by the hosts, with local restaurant menus!! The physical location was in an old district, full of old historic homes and buildings. Close to the Zoo, aquarium, and the Budweiser Museum. And our kids enjoyed running around in the back yard for the night. Would definitely stay again!

The dollhouse was an awesome experience! Melissa and her husband were so warm welcoming, very helpful! Cookies were delicious! I would definitely come back!
