Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Central Jakarta City

The place is very clean and tidy, the furniture is new all. There are no complaints, everything is in accordance with what is described. Comfortable and spacious, enough for 10 people.

The house is very homey, feels like home. The room is clean, the housekeeper is very homey and responsible, the pool area is sufficient and clean. 9/10 The most important correction is for the water heater, the direction is the other way around. So my family is really in a lot of trouble, please check it again. The rest is solid

A very cozy and comfortable place for my family, we truly felt like we were at home. The host and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming. I was even able to order home cooked meals directly from the host, which made our stay even more special. This place is absolutely perfect!

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

Nice big place, can accomodate 6 until 10 people with extra bed. Clean and easy to find. Near big street (Jl.Gajah Mada), many food stall and mini market.

I was communicating with Jan. He was very responsive. The place was very well appointed and every thing you need was available . Lot of though has been given by host to make the guests comfortable. Place was impeccably clean and fresh. The location is right across JI Expo . it exactly what I was wanting . Mecand my daughter throughly enjoyed staying in this place.

It was my first time visiting Jakarta. There is a Lotte Mart nearby, so you can get everything there. With cheap Grab taxis, you can get around as you wish. Start your Jakarta journey with a friendly host and a modern and great apartment.👍

I had a fantastic stay at this city view Airbnb. The view from the large windows was truly impressive sparkling city lights at night and vibrant urban life during the day. It felt like I had a front row seat to the heart of the city without leaving the room. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Natural light poured in during the day, and at night the skyline looked absolutely magical. I especially loved waking up to the sight of the city slowly coming to life such a unique and energizing experience. The location was also perfect: close to restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The host was welcoming and communicative, making check-in smooth and stress free.

I will definitely come back to stay at this place. Friendly host, and the time to check in and out is flexible.

Great place to stay in central Jakarta! The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view was amazing, and the location was super convenient — we could walk to the mall and other nearby spots. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Clean and modern apartment, nicely position close to PRJ. Clean surrounding too, whilst easy access to everywhere.

Casa Grande is a very good place to stay since it has direct access to the mall. The unit was clean and the check in was smooth.

Very cozy and peaceful place in the middle of Jakarta, well guarded area and has a convenience store and drinks store right downstairs. Walkable to places in Menteng area, surprised at how walkable it was. Room looks just like the pictures. Host is also very responsive and accommodating.

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

New Zealand standard of apartment and you know what I am talking about the 3 S is we all need . Sleep ( comfort bed ) Shower ( hot and high pressure) Shit ( toilet seat ) No question about the comfort over all Swimming pool, play area and the gym! (We all know someone who doesn’t like germ from the outside ) If there such things ten stars then I will give this place ten stars Thanks Jim

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

Love the apartment and its location. Staff within the complex were always wearing a smile. Host was extremely helpful and responsive via the airbnb app. Water and dispenser provided. The unit overlooks a water body where children swim and people fish. It is a short and enjoyable walk to the entrance of apartment complex if you want to go to the mall next door. A few times the security on the grounds offered me a buggy ride to the entrance even though it’s really just a short walk. They would even help to stop the traffic for me to cross over to the mall. There is a small alfa mart right downstairs next to the lobby if you just want to grab some quick snacks. Also a japanese restaurant that i never went but looks bustling at night. B1 concierge is a place to hold and send packages if you need. I think they have a fridge? for if you order groceries. Host recommended a great and afforadble laundry service provider and they pick up from b1 too.

It's very convenient because it's near a shopping mall.Also, parking was free, which was helpful. You'll find everything you need. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.
