Numbi Valley, a magical Permaculture Oasis

Numbi Valley is a wonderful example of off-grid sustainable living. There is one private guest cottage on the farm and Kath and Ross welcome you to enjoy their uniquely created space. There are abundant organic gardens, a spring fed fresh water plunge pool with amazing views, all in a very beautiful and peaceful valley in the klein karoo countryside. Luxury meets Karoo hospitality at Kerneelia, a quaint and secluded cottage with a wonderful mountain view on our Klein Karoo farm near De Rust. This romantic cottage is located on Doornkraal, a farm that has been in the loving hands of five generations of our Le Roux family. Come take in the fresh air and explore our farm on foot or bicycle. We also offer horseback riding, a great way to see the area and get to know our beloved horses. Included in rate: A bottle of wine, some fire wood.

Oasis Cottage is an authentic self-catering retreat in the peaceful town of Merweville, in the heart of the Great Karoo. Located in the Groenfontein Valley near Calitzdorp in the Klein Karoo, this cottage offers a peaceful countryside escape with views of the Swartberg Mountains, minutes from the Calitzdorp wine route and Route 62. Set high on a hill overlooking the valley, it’s ideal for long walks, wide Karoo skies and quiet evenings by the fire. Cool off in the pool in summer or enjoy the indoor fireplace when the nights turn cool.

Our new vacation homes are located in the Schwartbergen with breathtaking views of the mountain peaks. Enjoy a nice time in your own hot tub on the terrace or spend nice hours at the outdoor grill. The private lake with direct access is about 5 minutes' walk. Ecological construction with solar and spring water ensures optimal sustainability.

The Cottage

Beautiful & comfortable heritage cottage in the historic town of Prince Albert. Quiet and peaceful surrounds, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Large garden full of fruit trees and birds. Please note that most of our guests who book for one night regret not staying longer, so we do recommend longer stays if you have the time!

Kalkfontein Cottage

This beautiful self catering cottage is situated on Grootwaterval farm, situated 45 km from Prince Albert. It is a dirt road to the farm. Here one can enjoy the peace and quiet only a Karoo farm can offer. The cottage is built with rock, has a patio, fire-pit and BBQ facilities. It caters for 2 adults.
