What a gem! It's perfect for a family of three, four or even five. We love music so didn't mind hearing it from the neighboring beach club/restaurant like some of the other past guests. It never bothered us. The indoor space has everything you need to dine and sleep in comfort, while the outdoor area is the true attraction. Seconds away from swimming, spacious garden for hanging out and plenty to do within walking distance. We will definitely return if we visit the beautiful town of Chanioti in the future. Thank you!

If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape, this bungalow is a hidden gem! The cozy setup and proximity to the beach made it the ideal retreat. Our host truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering a warm welcome and invaluable local recommendations. I would highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

George is an extremely responsive guy and involved in everything he does. I had an extremely good time at his place, as proof I also booked for the year 2025.

We stayed with George for a week and we loved it. The bungalows are perfectly located to enjoy the tranquility and nature. The nearest town with shopping and good restaurants is about 10 minutes away by car. You definitely need a rental car. The garden and everything around the bungalows is very well maintained and there are loungers and seating everywhere to relax. On the private beach, there is even a surfboard for the loungers, which everyone can use. George and his team have gone to great lengths to make sure nothing is missing. We will definitely be back!

Super equipped terrace with picturesque views of the sea and harbor. When you sit here, you don't want to get up anymore. The turquoise of the sea is reflected in the lovingly designed apartment and especially on the terrace. This is Greece! The bathroom and kitchen are small but you live on the terrace. Several tavernas nearby invite guests to enjoy themselves. Paulina is a very thoughtful and friendly host. Beach towels and parasol were provided for the Caribbean-looking dream beaches. Paulina was also very helpful with personal problems. We felt very comfortable with Paulina and can only recommend the apartment due to the good value for money. The most beautiful place we've ever been to and perfect for families. Fantastic garden, incredible views - a private beach and everything you need from kitchen utensils to swimming gear for the kids. Washing machine with detergent, fridge with food for supermarket prices. Always a point of contact, quick answers. I could tell and rave a lot more here. A piece of earth that there's hardly any left! A true gem with the fragrance of jasmine and wonderful plants in May. Better than the pictures. Thank you for everything and hopefully see you soon!

We were two for 1 week in apartment 3. Sitting on the large balcony and enjoying the view was wonderful, we slept very well in the spacious bed, mosquito repellent is available everywhere. The bathroom is small but functional, the kitchen is well equipped incl coffee machine, kettle and sufficient dishes, there were even sharp knives. Paulina welcomed us very nicely and was always there for questions and problems. We liked the apartment and the surroundings very much, far from mass tourism

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing place to stay, this is your place! I and my family were surprised at how beautiful everything was. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and looked after. I could not find anything of fault . Perhaps the beach was not as sandy as it could have been. The water had loads of stones and we avoided it. But that did not take away from the serenity of the place.

The place is wonderful - right next to the beach. Our host Emmanouil was responsive, communicative and friendly, making us feel at home. We felt like a part of his family. The place looked like in the pictures and even better - there two places on the outside where you can sit and relax. The inside is fully equipped, clean and tidy. We had a great Greek vacation. Highly recommended host and place!

An oasis of tranquility by the sea. Something that doesn't seem possible, next to such a frequented place, as Paralia Katerini. But with Karin, it is. I could not believe how close we were to Katerini, and yet, it seems so isolated. Unbelievable! The public beach is just a few steps from Karin's private beach and yet, on Karin’s beach it is completely quiet, no one disturbs you, only the waves can be heard. You feel as if you have your own house, on the beach. Because Karin is so friendly and hospitable that you really feel at home. Karin has a cute bistro, where you can get refreshments while you sit on the beach. The place is so beautifully decorated and is so close to local restaurants that you don't want to go anywhere else. The house is very ingeniously built, very beautiful and clean. Wonderful hosts, dedicated and involved. They responded promptly, quickly and were very helpful to us. Thank you, Karin! 🙏
