Clemson Carriage House | Private Guest House

In July of 2018, new construction began on the Clemson Carriage House and it was completed in January of 2019. This private, stand alone house sleeps 5 and there is another new listing called the Clemson Studio Retreat which is a 4 person adult studio if you have friends that want privacy and a separate kitchen and laundry. The house looks out on the woods as the pictures indicate and is a great alternative to hotels. There is more privacy and less price ! Parking available for RVs and boats.

The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Tiger tailgate space available for an additional fee. Hikes, waterfalls, 12 Mile river & Lake Hartwell are nearby. Friendly dogs are fenced or in our home. You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay.
