Holiday rentals with a patio in Central Seberang Perai

Friendly and responsive host. The place is clean with a nice view of mountains. Walking distance to the Gleneagles Hospital. Close to George Town place of interests. Will definitely stay there again if we go visit Penang.

I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!

The place was very neat and clean. It had all the basic essentials such as kitchen equipment, toiletries, extra pillows, beds, blankets, a hairdryer, and so on. The view from the balcony was amazing. The only issue I faced was the car park — it was too narrow. If you're bringing an MPV, it's better to park at the designated parking space outside.

Second time stay at Suet Er’s place. This time we stay at their new place. We are very happy with the place and their hospitality. We surely will be back and stay at their place.

Overall we are satisfied with the stay, place is quite comfortable and there's karaoke machine for us to release some stress too. Food locations from the Airbnb is nearby & convenient 👍🏻

A great apartment in a great location. The apartment quickly became our home away from home for our three week stay. We loved sitting out on the spacious verandah in the afternoons after a swim. The couple of maintenance issues we found on entry were addressed very quickly by Asmah and Hazwan. A WiFi/video issue crept in later in our stay, but we just watched less TV. The complex and its surroundings made walking a pleasure. We loved the 10min walk around the foreshore to get groceries at the nearby Lotus supermarket. A 2 ringgit airconditioned bus trip into Georgetown could be hailed immediately out side the complex. Our only disappointment during our stay had nothing to do with the apartment. To its credit the marina complex had many fine restaurants, albeit with menus that could be found in any city in the world, but as an ex Penangite my wife (and I) were disappointed with the complete lack of nearby hawker food stalls, which Penang is famous for.

Very responsive host. Check in instructions are clear. Beautiful surroundings, a lot of restaurant. Comfortable bed, water pressure is good. Furniture wear and tear. Good place to stay.

Amazing place to stay with friends and family. The place is not only as beautiful as in the picture, it is also very spacious, comfortable and is equipped with everything you need to relax. Utensil, fridge, induction cooker, pot, kettle, water filter machine with hot/cold water, you name it. Cleanliness is very important factor to me, and this place get a 5/5 stars from me, its clean and odorless! I will definitely come back again.

The house so close to many restaurant, also nearby walking distance to see Penang Bridge, can running in the morning along way at the beach

The house was very clean and clutter free, and being a person that dislikes insects and dirty surroundings in a home, this place was perfect! Zero bugs, clean and clutter-free interior. It is very obvious that our lovely host has poured her heart and soul into this place. Loved the design of the place! Amenities were provided as per the listing, and check-in was a breeze as well. Location is great, and very peaceful. Apple, our lovely host, was very warm and friendly, providing us with directions and recommendations based on our trip. She checked in on us a few times throughout to ensure we're doing alright and if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for a clutter-free, clean, and modern accomodation for a big group. 10/10 for accommodation 15/10 for the host

A spacious, well-maintained home that comfortably accommodates large groups. Our group of 12 stayed with ease, enjoying a clean and practical living space. The house is conveniently located with all essential amenities just minutes away. The host was exceptional—attentive, accommodating, and even allowed us a late checkout due to our event running slightly behind schedule. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay!

We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Packets of snacks (which my kids loved) and sachets of beverages were provided, which was very thoughtful! There's also a water filter/dispenser in the kitchen which we could get hot and cold water from, this was very useful and convenient! We did not spot a single cockroach, ant, lizard nor pest in the house, which is quite rare because it's rainy season and landed houses usually have some pests - the house was very clean. Also towels in every room and basic toiletries provided. Water heater worked well. Thank you for having us!

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The place was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was responsive and friendly, which we appreciated. The only downside was that a broken door handle in the kitchen we reported during our stay wasn’t fixed, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it didn’t detract too much from our experience. We’d still recommend this place for its charm and great location, and hope to see minor issues addressed in the future."

Spacious 2 bedrooms apartment. Convenient bathroom with 2 sink each of them. Complete kitchen utensils. Functioning well washing machine and dryer in a private laundry room just next to dining area. This is super convenient. Walking distance to beach. Near to Escape park. Super convenient.

The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!

We were disappointed that there was in fact NO pool, and in the advertisments that we looked at on the internet a pool was clearly shown,giving the impression that we would have access to such a facility. In all honesty though, it was a perception we formed from looking at the advertisment.... not one that Mr. Paco himself put forward. Other than that.... excellent. We will be back....

Whether you are visiting Penang for a few days or a few weeks, stop looking this is the place to stay! I stayed for a month and the apartment had everything I needed. All of my local friends commented on how great the location was, very central and walkable to the historic downtown, but removed enough for it to be quiet and have easy access to other areas of the island. The building the apartment is located in was great, very secure with a convenience store and Starbucks on the ground floor. There are many other home stays in the building so there are always tourists in and out but it was always very quiet in the apartment so noise wasn’t an issue. in The apartment was as pictured. I did a fair bit of writing/research in the apartment and found the living area to be comfortable and wifi fast enough for remote work. A/C + fan combo worked well so I was never hot. Didn’t notice any strong smells as other reviewers did. Highly recommend!
