The Walnut Tree B & B is located in Zana, a hamlet in the upper part of Abbadia Lariana on the eastern shore of Lake Como. We are one hour away from Milan, 2 and a half km away from Mandello del Lago and 3 km away from Abbadia Lariana. If you arrive by train, we can pick you up by car from the train station of Mandello or Abbadia Lariana. The part of the house given over to the B&B has been sensitively restored and has the character of an old country house, complete with a balcony with views over the lake. The two rooms have private bathrooms. In summer you can have your breakfast served on the terrace in the garden. A few kilometers away is the town of Varenna, where boats depart for the lake. The whole area is known for the famous mountain "Grigna", a wonderful place for walking and climbing. If you enjoy motorcycles, be sure to visit the museum of Guzzi motorcycle. Abbadia is the perfect place to swim: there are no private homes that overlook the beautiful beach. Vivali BnB with free breakfast

BnB has two twin rooms, a small living room, two showers and two toilets on the 2nd floor. The entire floor is private, so you won’t share it with anyone. There is no kitchen but a mini refrigerator, a microwave and a water pot are ready to use. Free continental breakfast will be served every morning. Relaxation in the countryside with breakfast

Our house is quietly and idyllically located on the edge of a forest at the foot of the Lindenberg. The two guest rooms with two beds each, shower/toilet, lounge, balcony are in the new building and thus have their own entrance. Hohenrain is located between Lucerne and Lenzburg and between Sursee and Cham/Zug.
