Nature eco lodge holiday rentals in Central Switzerland

We had a pleasant stay. Host is very welcoming and helpful. The scenery is beautiful! It is a peaceful place in a nicely renovated cottage. To get there in winter, you have to have good shoes. The last end to reach the chalet is very steep and can become slippery. The furniture and accessories in the room are not the last juveniles but that doesn't bother, it gives charm to the accommodation. I can only recommend this host and this beautiful cottage!

The best stay. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is so good. Therese, Willy, and all the people in the hotel, including Melissa who is always with a great spirit and helping all the time, are such wonderful people. We came back happy from the Bären !

We were there for a convention and it was the ideal site, quiet, close to everything Recommended!

This was a lovely hotel. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great location. But the highlight for us was the amazing complimentary breakfast (alos, be sure to make a reservation for dinner while there). The staff all gave personal recommendation on the best hikes and where to find cows (one of the things I really wanted to see). Also, although it was just me and my husband, we noticed that this was a very family friendly hotel and town if you are coming with kids. Just come! You will love it here :-)

It’s impossible to stay indifferent to how the owners of the villa treat their business — there’s so much soul, love, and care in everything they do. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the delicious food. This is definitely a place to come for a honeymoon and enjoy the sauna, the pool, and the views. Keep in mind that the road to the villa is a winding mountain road, but by the second day it doesn’t feel as scary as the first time. The breakfast here is incredible — make sure to try the pistachio croissant, I honestly don’t know how to live without it now. At night you can stargaze, and during the day, go hiking in the surrounding area. The interior details are beautiful — you can really see the hosts’ taste and eye for design. The toiletries were amazing too — I now want to buy the same shampoo just for its scent. I truly believe this is a hidden gem of Lake Como.

It was nice staying at Susanne’s house. We had a warm welcome, together we had a lovely campfire. Highly recommended! :-)

Francesca was a great host for us and gave us a lot of ideas of what to do in the area of Mathon. They even provided vouchers for the nearby spa. A great place to go if you enjoy hiking in the mountains

Cornelia is a wonderful and great hostess who took care of us lovingly. She responds to the wishes of her guests. We were completely satisfied. The accommodation is close to the cable car and the Alp is beautifully located. All in all highly recommended

We felt very comfortable here and were able to collect many beautiful impressions. We especially liked the terrace with seating and the friendly staff. The view is also very wonderful. Actually, we only booked it because of the proximity to Lindau, but it is more than just an overnight stay. The WiFi and network coverage was rather poor, but we made positive use of the time away from our mobile phones. We will definitely be back !

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The property is beyond beautiful and Silvia goes above and beyond to accommodate her guests. She gave us great recommendations and even called to make dinner reservations so I didn’t have to. My boys loved her fresh orange juice every morning. We will definitely have to make another trip back.

Thanks for hosting us in this beautiful village! The apartment was like described and the view in the balcony is something very special.

Great view from the window. Loved having machine(home)-made coffee with the view of Eiger. The room was for 4 people but there are wooden sliders to separate. The only complain I had was not providing me the correct access code initially. I had to contact the guy after trying a lot to open the door, just to find out that the access code was wrong. The place is a bit further up so either use the free shuttle service or better have your own car especially if you want to visit some restaurant etc.

Was a unified managed apartment with a queen bed and a small bed, the view was nice and needed to take a bus to the train station which was generally satisfactory.

A magnificent place to stay in Grindelwald, offering a stunning view of the North Face of the Eiger right from your balcony. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at Nick’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for hiking, galcier 3000 etc.. Nick was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and helpful with local recommendations. I especially appreciated of clear instructions and check in timings. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The old school is a special place, with spectacular views of Chiavenna and the mountains. Beautiful terraces where you can relax in the greenery. A relaxing place perfect for those looking for relaxation. We will be back

What an amazing place. Super nice views, you just don't know where to look. Lots of seating outside your room. The room and bathroom were super nice and clean. You could always grab coffee or tea. The people that work there are also very friendly. We would definitely come back here:) We would definitely come back here.
