Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Central Vietnam

The location is perfect right next to all the 5 stars hotels with lots of shopping. The property is very spacious. The bathroom water pressure is strong and the warm water flows quickly. The aircon cools all the room very fast. Very important during the hot weather. The host is very responsive and reply to all my queries and questions almost immediately. Overall my family had a wonderful stay as going to the nearby attractions like the hot spring, mud bath and Vinwonder is very convenient. Only minor issue is that I hope the host can fix the faulty common toilet lock. Otherwise, the stay is perfect.

Islands in the city centre. Beautiful surroundings, privacy and security. Lise is always responsive and proactive the time we were there. Would definitely come back.

Nhà rất đẹp, có đầy đủ tiện nghi, gần nhà hàng và quán cà phê có view đẹp. Cây cảnh trong nhà được chăm sóc kỹ lưỡng. Tủ sách có nhiều sách thú vị, mình chưa kịp đọc hết. Vách phòng quá mỏng, hơi thiếu sự riêng tư. Dưới một con dốc cao, nhiều xe không nhận chở đến nơi. Nhà có thể ở được 14 người, nhưng đường không cho xe trên 7 chỗ vào nên đoàn đi nhiều sẽ phải di chuyển khó khăn

2층에 2개의 침실이 있고 1층은 1개의 침실과 거실, 주방 공간이 있습니다. 전반적으로 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 근처가 주택가라 조용합니다. 수영장이 없는 것은 조금 아쉽습니다.

Very happy with our host and the resort!

It is such a wonderful place to stay when you spend holiday time with your family. The place is very close to the city center, walkable and easy to go 👍. Cuong is super friendly, immediately respond to you and support to any concerns. Staying at this place gave my family a good time to bonding and help our time much more precious. We definitely come back to stay here when arrive in Dalat next time!! 💯 recommend to you guys 👍👍

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay at for a quick or longer visit to Ubon Ratchathani. Spacious, clean and perfect for a family of five. A big masters bedroom, a medium sized room and a smaller one which is bigger than what the picture shows. Warayan was incredibly helpful and responsive with anything we needed help and had it resolved within an hour. We were provided towels, shampoo and body gel. You can also find chips, water and ice as well, which made our enjoyment only better!

Có lối đi riêng từ khoảng sân rộng lớn và cửa riêng bên cạnh. Home sạch sẽ và được thiết đẹp với hai phòng ngủ khép kín, và một giường trong không gian sinh hoạt chung, với 2 toilet. Một nơi rất riêng tư, thêm phần như được bảo vệ bởi bố mẹ anh chủ. Cô chú ấy là người tốt bụng, giúp đỡ chúng tôi mọi thứ, và bác ấy có quầy tạp hóa nơi góc đường để chúng tôi mua những thứ cần thiết mỗi ngày. Vị trí xa trung tâm một chút, cách khoảng trên 6-7 phút đi xe máy, nhưng bù lại xứng đáng với giá tiền như vậy. Nơi này phù hợp cho nhóm gia đình và nhóm bạn do có khu vực đốt lửa và BBQ trong sân cỏ rộng.Lời khuyên cho mọi người nên thuê xe số, hoặc xe tay ga mạnh để đi những con dốc nhỏ.Một kì nghỉ tuyệt vời cho gia đình chúng tôi, trong một home tuyệt vời như có bố mẹ của mình bên cạnh. Cảm ơn tất cả những gì cậu chủ và bố mẹ bạn.

i love the view! it is sooo nice. at night, the weather is so cold. we had to wear socks hahaha. everything was good but one thing i didn’t expect was that other guests can stay at the same place as well. i mean, there are other rooms in that place. so, to use washing machine and dryer, we had to share with other guests. the rest were just fine. we still had our privacy and no one disturbed us. thank you, host!

really nice apartment to stay at for a month. internet was great, the host was super helpful. the gym, pool and badminton courts were a great perk (though you have to pay for it, it was very well maintained and never too crowded). the view of the stadium is also really good. grocery stores, sim card store, cafes were all nearby and uber/tuktuks came within 1 min whenever required.

So's apartment is spotless, super comfortable and a great place for a short stay, despite the neighborhood being fairly noisy and congested and a skyscraper under construction directly in front. Being located in a building connected to a mall meant that we didn't have to go far to find a supermarket or for an impromptu meal. There is a gorgeous pagoda at the street level right opposite the entrance lobby which is worth visiting. Great location to get cabs and tuktuks quickly.

Everything about this airbnb was wonderful! The views are breathtaking and it feels like a place like home. Highly recommended this place to anyone! The only downside to this place is that the pool is not free and we have to pay - even if you want to buy a drink, still would have to pay for the pool admission. However I will definitely stay at this place again! Cam on Bích!

다섯번째 방문인데 정말평화롭고 안전하게 쉴수있는 최적의 장소입니다..직원들 친절하고 편의시설도 잘되어 있고 안방비취가 가까이 있어 맛집에서 식사도 즐길수 있습니다.~

This is Nera Garden 2 apartment at 18th floor with unobstructed view from both living and bedroom. The place was extremely clean and better maintained than other apartments in the same building that we saw. We stayed at this apartment for 5 weeks and it was spectacular. The apartment walkable distance (10 - 15 minutes) to Aeon mall which is a must visit at Hue. Main sightseeing attractions require a short taxi travel but it is very affordable at Hue. The best thing about this unit is the host. They were very friendly and accommodating to our few specific reasonable requests. They always promptly responded and resolved requests fast. We highly recommend both this specific apartment and host. We plan to visit Hue again next year and hope to stay in the same place.
