Holiday rentals with breakfast in Central Visayas

Our stay at Emma & James’ “Unk’s House” in Bohol was absolutely amazing! This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home was perfect for our family of 12. It’s a hidden gem—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Even with a large group, we never felt crowded. The location is ideal—peaceful and private, yet close to the beach and shops. Emma & James were incredibly helpful, assisting with anything we needed and offering great local tips. The staff was courteous and accommodating, even helping our family cook a few dinners. Breakfasts were delicious and a wonderful start to our days. The entire experience felt like a dream getaway. We truly felt at home and so well taken care of. We’re already planning our return to this little slice of paradise. Highly recommend Unk’s House for families or groups looking for a relaxing, unforgettable stay in Bohol!

Staying at Wander Nest was amazing! My whole family and I loved it! The place was beautiful, they had a good number of options for the included breakfast - which tasted so good, they had a van and a tuktuk that helped us get around to the closer areas, and most importantly the people that worked there were very genuine at helping us and making our stay wonderful and worthwhile! If you needed things or areas to be cleaned up, they will gladly do so! They also gave amazing reccomendations and offered numerous help. Our stay was as delightful as we hoped! The place itself was neat and comfortable for all of us. If you’re in Bohol, it will definitely be a great option to stay here, especially for bigger groups! Looking forward to when we get a chance to visit Bohol again!

Roberto was fantastic—allowing us an early check-in made a huge difference for our large group with staggered flight times. It gave us a chance to settle in comfortably and even host a mini conference on the second floor. The amenities were on point too; everything worked perfectly from the water supply to the bidets. Plus, having Yuki around—a friendly and helpful pup—was a delightful bonus. The staff went the extra mile by assisting with meal orders and setting up plates and utensils. Highly recommend this stay!

The place is awesome and the host is nice. I just would like to make some suggestion for updating some information on your listing like having corkage for bringing drinks but everything was so great staying on this place. Looking forward to stay again here. Thank you!

You can expect a very peaceful and tranquil environment, that is both safe and secure. Not somewhere I would stay long term unless you just want a pool holiday, in which case you will love it. The pool is fabulous and clean. Thers lotsof shops nearby , but nowhere decent to eat apart from street BBQ or bars for that matter. But the restaurant food is excellent and reasonable prices. I used it as a go-between beach venues, closer to the airport, and for that it is perfect. If I had one criticism, it would be that they do not accept cards cash only.

I had a fantastic stay at Che’s place! The room was exactly as described in the listing—beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. This is a wonderful place to stay. The pool is perfectly maintained. The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities anyone could ask for. The balcony jacuzzi tub is also a very nice touch. The host is very approachable and will go out of his way to ensure u have a great stay. Everything about it is A+. I will definitely stay here again 🙏🏽

Ms Lilibeth and her staff have been amazing. Very responsive, warm and helpful. The place is as described and expected -- convenient, comfortable and has everything we needed for the short stay. Exactly what it says it is. Very clean, and good setup. The only real negative isnt the owners fault, but becauseits over a 7-11 its a bit noisy at night. overall I highly recommend staying here though

Brenda and Monet are an incredibly accommodating and warm couple. She took care of everything for me before arrival and caused me to arrive safely and experience all my activities. There was even a delicious traditional lunch from her. In front of the house, 5 meters away is a small stretch of beach. Monet, her husband used to go fishing a lot and has some stories to tell. Would go back anytime. Hopefully that will come true!! The space was great, of course. But despite their great location and cozy behind the great presence of the great hosts. ❤️ Thank you for everything!! 🙏

Fantastic! We loved every minute in this peaceful retreat, perched on a hill with stunning views, absolute calm, an infinity pool and a jacuzzi with sea views by day, starry sky at night. The scooter for rent is comfortable and powerful, perfect for exploring Bohol in complete freedom. Driving here is easy, much more convenient than by car given the condition of the roads. The outdoor bathroom is atypical, but nice. A few insects, few mosquitoes, nothing bothersome. Total disconnection but with fast wifi, great for work. Eliza welcomed us warmly at the airport, and Ding, always smiling, feasted us with fresh and delicious dishes. Connecting with them about local life has been valuable. Pets are discreet and adorable. A perfect stay that we recommend with eyes closed, and where we will return with great pleasure!

Wonderful host! I have stayed with them twice now and their service is top notch. Working AC and Wi-Fi, a fully usable kitchen, heated showers, and a delightful breakfast. The staff is very friendly and communicated well. I would highly recommend staying here.

I can't say enough about this stay! Truly a wonderful experience from a warm hearted host and very friendly family! Also the room itself had everything you need at a good value. They also have a motorbike to rent which makes it a convenient option. Santa Fe town is extremely close only a 3 minute ride or 15 minute walk from the place. I would recommend this to anyone as it's a great local Filipino experience and in a cooler spot in town then the town in my opinion. I plan to stay here again the next time I visit Bantayan!
