All three bedrooms have air conditioners, as well as the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and cookware. The fiber Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which is great for remote work. It is located in the quiet neighborhood, with a 24/7 security guard. It is a seven to eight minute drive to the new government center, restaurants, and malls.
