Our new favorite place. Peaceful, Private and Quite. Definitely going back. Our fur babies love it so much. They roamed the place like they owned it.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Felt like we are at our own home. The place is just a few steps away from the beach and there is a store across the house where you can buy food and other things. We will definitely book again.

This place was great! There was designated parking for our vehicle, and our pets were warmly welcomed and well-accommodated. We were even allowed to check in a bit early, and they prepared the room for us ahead of time. Ate Norbie was extra helpful too. It was a peaceful and quiet spot—perfect for me and my family to relax. Salamat po!

Not really sure any words I say will properly explain this slice of paradise. We stayed for 5 days with my 2 kids and their grandpa and we all wish it was 5 weeks. This isn’t a place if you’re looking to be pampered or for gourmet restaurants. It’s an Island experience from the accommodations to the food. Simple but unbelievably amazing. The catch is you fall in love with everything and everyone you encounter. Disconnected and somehow the most lively any one of us felt in our life. The food fantastic and on the cheap side, the rooms were simple but you’ll stay on the most wonderful beach that no Insta photo could do justice and the stories David tell could be a novel that’s still unwritten. I fear that when this spot gets discovered it will change but I hope it stays exactly as is. Beautiful children playing all day with a cold beer in my hand as my kids connect to a way of life no movie could ever capture. One thousand thankyous to David and his family. We will forever be changed❤️

Don’t hesitate to book. Beautiful location . 10 mins into the centre by trike. Snorkelling from the garden and THERE ARE TURTLES !!!!!! Lisa and staff could not do enough for us , even after we’d left . We’d highly recommend and stay again without doubt

This bungalow had everything we needed—we loved the peaceful and private beachfront access. It’s peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our kids and dogs had a great time during our two-night stay. The room was spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, and both bathrooms were decent and clean. The beach had a fine sand(not a white sand) but not rocky and the water was just right for swimming, especially to kids! Big thanks to Marvin for being helpful and kind to us during our stay. A very homey guest house and the caretakers are very responsive, we had a great stay indeed.

Miss Ivy is very friendly and accommodating. The house truly feels like a home. It is a lovely place to stay, with lots of pillows and even a foam bed outside. You’re allowed to cook, and water is provided. There’s also coffee, sugar, and a TV available. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent, so working remotely is no problem. Less than 100 meters from the house, there’s a small and cozy restaurant that serves great food—definitely worth checking out. I appreciated the bathroom, which seemed designed with tall people in mind, very convenient for us. The towels were also a pleasant surprise: soft, thick, and not the usual thin, slippery kind. Overall, I have no complaints about our three-day, two-night stay. It was a great experience.

The view from the room is nature as its best. Very relaxing and safe ambiance. Complete kitchen utensil for those who planned to cook their meal. I like the bath room set up where the shower room is separate from the toilet bowl and lavatory sink. The room is huge and has a cold aircon unit. Consider the stair steps as your morning / afternoon work out and for us not an issue. Good thing we we're informed by the host that there is an ongoing construction along the shore which makes the shore a bit messy but there are lot of good spots to swim and chill in the area. Thanks for the camping chair provide by the host. Highly recommended place to stay in Mabini. Will definitely go back to this accommodation.

Amazing house, everything is even more beautiful in real life. The communication with the host is perfect, quick and helpful. Lovely people, lovely place, would definitely recommend it!

The place is spacious and there's a wifi even if it's brownout.

We had an amazing time staying at Jon's place! The house was exactly as described—clean and incredibly cozy. I especially loved the forest view and serenity in the area. Jon was a great host and the check-in process was smooth. Bonus part: We saw see 6 monkeys in the frontyard.

We stayed for 2 nights and brought our pet dog along, it was the perfect quick getaway for our fam! Everything matches the description and pics in the post. We enjoyed the pool although it was not heated (sadly the weather was also a bit rainy so it was cold for us). We were also able to use the grill outside to cook steak. Lastly, our dog also enjoyed the big space to roam around outside and we appreciate how pet-friendly the place was. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back (Hopefully soon!) Great place, friendly responsive host, great staff. The property is peaceful and well designed with a wonderful pool.
