We had a lovely stay at Rachel’s place! The unit is cozy, tastefully decorated, and exactly like the photos—no surprises, which we appreciated. It felt welcoming and comfortable, with thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. Rachel was super responsive and always quick to reply, which made communication easy and stress-free. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in certain corners of the unit, but it wasn’t a big deal for us since we weren’t working remotely or streaming heavily. Overall, it was a great stay—clean, stylish, and in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Maganda ang location ng unit. maganda ang view sa labas kita mo halos buong Cebu. Sakto for us 12 Heads. Malinis din and maganda ang loob ng condo. Super accommodating ang host, pati yung property manager and their driver, feel namin yung care nila sa amin. super careful then ang driver during our tour. Availble ang van nila for your tour needs. The place is conveniently located in IT Park, right across from Ayala Central Bloc Mall. We've stayed in a few other Airbnbs in the area, and this tower was by far the nicest. The gym was well-equipped and air-conditioned—a rare find. The unit itself was clean, modern, and spacious. The host was responsive and kindly allowed us to check in a bit early, which we really appreciated. Everything worked well, and we had a very comfortable stay.

The place is totally clean and cozy. I'm really particular with a clean place and the room was exactly what I expected to be. The pool is a plus! The wifi works well as well as the kitchen tools. I like how the host responded to my queries, she's really responsive. Highly recommended!

The unit is what they described and showed in the photos. it's surprisingly immaculate and the view outside the balcony is a bonus when you wake up in the morning. Great location and a lot of accessible restaurants, fast foods and Robinson supermarket is just next to the building. All the host are all very helpful and responsive with my queries. It was a last minute booking for us and luckily the unit is available the next day with no issue at all. Highly recommended when you visit Cebu for a couple of days or even a week.

The place is very homey. You can find everything that you need in the kitchen. Sir Manuel is very responsive in all my queries. The place is also near and accessible. There is a parking space with minimal fee. The place is clean and quiet. We also enjoy the big tv with netflix. Wifi connection is also in great speed. No problem with our stay. Definitely will book again in our future stay. Thank you.

I loved everything about this place! 🥰 It was super clean, and the ambiance and aesthetic were both homey and Insta-worthy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (the hot and cold water dispenser was a lifesaver!). The host was also friendly and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay right in the heart of the city!
