The apartment is excellent, well-equipped, super clean and well-decorated. I loved staying there… the garage is excellent and in the surroundings we have access to restaurants, produce and shopping.

Simoni's space is fantastic, a beautiful, clean and especially safe place, with a differential, the doors are anti-noise, so you are very close to a busy avenue, but in absolute silence. The location is spectacular, with the subway station, supermarket, bakery very close, and it is located in one of the noblest regions of São Paulo, on Rua Oscar Freire. Simoni is friendly, attentive and helpful. When we return to São Paulo, we will definitely stay in this space again and will make sure to recommend it to our friends

Very good location. The inside of the house is impeccable. Very good towels, large bathtub, kitchen with great and quality utensils, excellent super comfortable bed, very good and large sofa, all high-end furniture. I liked it. I recommend it 👍🏻

The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures! Extremely comfortable and enjoyable. We were lucky to get cold days with temperatures that were below zero in the morning and the house was ready to serve us! Heaters in all rooms, clean and fragrant bed and bath linens of excellent quality It has all the household utensils so you don't have any difficulties. The location is excellent and easily accessible. The landscape of the place is enchanting. Walter was always available before, during and after our stay. The employee Dirce who received us is friendly and helpful. The house has games for the children so they don't get bored. It is possible to notice that everything there is done with great zeal and care. We will definitely return!!!

The beds, including the one in the living room, are super comfortable, providing great nights of rest. The location is excellent, with everything close by, making everyday life much easier. Nathália and its team (Júnior and Grazi) were sensational from the first contact. The house is really like the pictures and it has served us very well with several children and adults! The complete kitchen is a very positive point, as is the quality of the items in the suites. Very recommended.

The house is simply perfect, beautiful, super comfortable, well cared for and full of details that show the whimsy the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, perfectly held me and my family, with suites equipped with air conditioning, tv, fan, pillows, toilet paper, tapestry, all with work bench and cozy decor. The kitchen is a magazine, beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and bowls, there is nothing missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a differential apart, with height regulation separated by environments, too much!! The heated pool is not even talked about, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy a lot of because it was heated, including the night. If it wasn't heated we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Alem of the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, very well organized and super well located in Águas Claras. Staying inside the mall was an incredible differential - we had restaurants, cafes and shops available all the time. The building is charming, and the staff are extremely attentive and polite. Suzy welcomed us with great care, always attentive and helpful. Note 10! I highly recommend it!
