Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. Spanning 23 m² (248 sq. ft.), it includes a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The water heater provides approximately 50 liters, which is equivalent to about a 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a 120-cm bed, and in the living room, there is a 90-cm sofa bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.

The Log Cabin

Swedish Logcabin, with a role model from the United States. Sit on the porch and consider our Japandi Garden and Koi fishes in the pond. Cook, sit and enjoy, or sleep well in a nice and peaceful environment. Feel free to use the whole garden. There is a very good Italian restaurant in the village. Closed on Mondays. Now closed for vacation until August 4. Good transportation. Note: The railway is close by, which can be disruptive to those who are light sleepers. Smoking in the cabin and on the property is prohibited due to fire risk!

Orangeri, entire home, a few minutes from Lund C

Here you live newly renovated with an orangery as a kitchen and living room. The accommodation is located in a quiet, older neighborhood a few minutes' walk from Lund C, the cathedral, university, city park, sports ground, etc. There are three bedrooms downstairs and two spacious bathrooms with toilet & shower as well as a separate small toilet with sink. Sliding doors facing the garden and patio provide an extra room spring and summer. Trampoline for the children. Good wifi. Parking in the area (SEK 6/hour daytime, Sunday no fee).

Bedroom with bed, 160 cm and a sofa bed in the living room with room for 1 extra person. Workplace with a comfortable work chair. This special place is close to everything in little charming Lund, making it easy to plan your visit here. 10-minute walk to the middle of the city center. The apartment is on the second floor of a large villa, built in 1901. Large garden with many different rooms! A peaceful oasis!

Central Lund, newly renovated open loft apartment.

The apartment is located in the city center near the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores, and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used. We open up each bedroom based on the guests' booking and specific request. The living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom are always included. There is a washing machine in the apartment. An additional laundry room is located in the basement, which is accessed via the garden on the left side of the house - as seen from the garden.

There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the centre. We provide bicycles for our guests- so you can discover Lund like a native!
