La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

Small charming house in the heart of Perche, ideally located in the heart of nature not overlooked, 5 km from Mortagne au Perche and less than 2 hours from Paris. Stay in a quiet cocoon in the middle of nature, warm up by the fire and share a barbecue in the fireplace or outdoors, with family or friends. Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Domaine de Migny "Les Rosiers"

Newly renovated 2 bedroom house in the spacious grounds of a 15 century chateaux and stud farm, with use of pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue pit. Private Bain Nordic with lights and jacuzzi jets for the property for 2-7 people. Fantastic for the winter months ! Close to zoo de Beauval and wine tasting plus historic town of Loches. Visit the loire chateaux, lakes, and beautiful villages, or just relax and enjoy! Massages and manicures can be arranged.

Athée-sur-Cher: Old sailor's house in a small village on the banks of the Cher. Two large bedrooms upstairs, large garden. Large living room and dining room, with fireplaces. Close to many famous sites (Amboise, Le Clos Lucé, Chenonceau, Chambord, La Bourdaisière, Azay-le-Rideau. Beauval Zoo and Park). The Loire and Cher bike paths are just around the corner. A "Toue cabanée" on the Cher for a river trip to Chenonceau in summer!

Le Foulon - Charming Mill - 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris

Charming mill (18th century) fully restored, in a private estate not overlooked. Classified cottage 1h30 from Paris, located at the gates of Burgundy and wine routes. Ping pong table, free access to the tennis court (racquets and b***s provided) , boat ride on the river . Quiet, total silence. Organic pool ,golf and farmhouse, close by . Great hiking trail. Working remotely thanks to fiber optic .

Independent guest house in Touraine in a hamlet totally dedicated to holidays. In the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting, our little house is the ideal starting point for numerous walks or bike rides, or for a visit to Beauval Zoo 30 minutes away, or for exploring the Châteaux of the Loire. The châteaux of the Loire are 40 minutes away and the Brenne nature park 20 minutes.
