Holiday rentals with a patio in Centre-Ville, Reims

Coup de cœur pour ce ravissant appartement tout neuf. J'ai apprécié la décoration chaleureuse, le confort de la literie et la fraîcheur intérieure malgré les fortes chaleurs. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Reims à pieds et j'ai pu me garer dans la rue. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

L’appartement est une pépite ! Très spacieux, très lumineux et très confortable. Il est encore mieux que sur les photos. Quand on rentre dans l’appartement, on ressent tout de suite un bien-être ! L’appartement est parfaitement situé pour visiter des Maisons de Champagne. Nous avons passé un excellent weekend à Chigny les Roses et je recommande vivement cet Airbnb !

This was a great place to stay. It is right next to the main train station but very quiet and clean with great views from the 6th floor. it is 5 to 10 minutes walk to everything but sits across the street from a beautiful park. It was newer, modern, had great natural light and very large compared to other places in France. The only thing it needs is more bedding, pillows and towels. Otherwise, it was perfect and the hosts were very kind, responsive and accomodating. They even left a nice surprise for us at checkin.

Manu and Maximilien’s place is extremely clean and well located! The hosts were responsive when we had a small issue at check in when retrieving the keys. I would recommend this place and hopefully will be back again!

Logement neuf, très très proche du centre ville (1min à pieds). Hôte super réactif et amical ! Je recommande !

Het verblijf was heerlijk. Fijn zwembad en mooie hottub. Ook was de communicatie altijd prettig en konden we in overleg ook iets later uitchecken. Andere delen van het huis waren nog in de verbouw en hebben potentie om mooi te worden!

La maison est très belle, spacieuse et parfaitement adaptée pour accueillir plusieurs familles. Le terrain est vaste, bien entretenu, et offre de belles possibilités pour jouer au foot ou au basket — un vrai plus pour les enfants (et les adultes actifs !). L’environnement est verdoyant et agréable, parfait pour une escapade à la campagne. En revanche, il est important de noter que plusieurs habitations partagent le même terrain. Cela enlève un peu à l’intimité, et on a parfois l’impression d’être dans une copropriété plutôt que dans une maison isolée. Autre petit bémol : il n’est pas possible de faire un barbecue, ce qui est dommage dans un cadre aussi nature.

Leuk huis met alles wat je nodig hebt inclusief een tuintje. Gezellige huis en eetkamer en goede slaapkamers. Keuken is functioneel maar gedateerd. Goede locatie op rustige plek net buiten centrum met de tram voor de deur (waar de hond helaas niet in mocht). Vriendelijke en snelle communicatie met de host. Goed uitgangspunt om Reims en omgeving te ontdekken.

Très grand appartement idéalement situé dans l'hypercentre et à 2 pas de la cathédrale Pour les "petits bémols": - une chaise est cassée dans la salle à manger - les chambres sont en enfilade Mais globalement le séjour était très satisfaisant

Wir sagen DANKE für unseren unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei Jean Philippe. Es hat einfach alles gepasst damit wir 6 Frauen uns wohl fühlen. Selbst als wir nach zusätzlichen Handtüchern gefragt haben wurde uns Wunsch erfüllt. 5 Sterne ...weiter so. Liebe Grüße Claudia und die Mädels :-)

Wonderful stay for our group in a classic champagne producer's house in the region! Everything was perfect: it's comfortable and spacious and well-equipped for cooking and dining at home. Perfectly clean. Nice linens. Walkable to many independent champagne producers in this 1er Cru village as well as one larger "maison de champagne," which is across the street. Other villages are very close for reserving tastings and restaurants. There is a small but great farmer's market right in the courtyard of the house! How lovely to wake up Sunday morning to the view on the market (which was very quiet - we didn't hear a peep from them while they were setting up)! Everything was charming and perfect! We will return and will recommend this house to friends!

Studio très agréable, très calme et très bien situé dans le centre de Reims. Manque de rangement pour un séjour supérieur à 2 jours.

Nous avons apprécié ce logement, calme, paisible et et proche de tout commerce. Nous avons passer un séjour très agréable dans ce logement spacieux… Très cordialement, et peut-être à une prochaine fois. Evelyne

On devait rendre le logement à 11h le entretien de ménage sont venus toquer à la porte à 8h sinon le reste du séjour sais superbe bien passé
