One bedroom self-contained basement apartment right on the bank of the Grand River in historic Fergus, Ontario. Very quiet. Spacious screened porch next to Grand River! Fifteen minutes walk (or less than five minutes drive) to downtown Fergus. Beautiful downtown Elora, Elora Gorge Conservation Area and Belwood Lake Conservation Area are all within a ten minute drive. Note that access is down a flight of exterior stairs and unfortunately is not suited for individuals with mobility challenges.

Victorian Apartment-Downtown Elora

The Victorian Apartment is located in the heart of Elora just steps away from Bissell Park and the Elora Mill. Two floors with a full kitchen, bathrooms on both levels, laundry, upstairs outside porch and a claw foot tub make this suite uniquely cozy. The wifi has recently been upgraded to the EERO mesh system. I am open to hosting your pets as well but they have to be medium to small (Under 30 lbs) and well mannered. Please no barking dogs or dogs who mark their surroundings.
