Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.

Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

Currently, due to work on the railway line, from Monday to Friday the last bus leaves from Porta San Paolo and Lido center at 9 pm (after this time there are replacement buses). On Saturdays and Sundays the last bus is at 11:30 pm.
