Olá! Eu alugo a casa em Ouro Preto quando estou fora da cidade. A casa possui 2 andares, com 2 pátios descobertos. Disponibilizo 1 quarto (1 cama de casal) e um sofá-cama de casal (localizado na sala). 2 banheiros. As vistas são super bonitas e a localização excelente! Fica a uns 400 metros da igreja do Rosário. A cozinha é equipada. Tem smart tv na sala e no quarto, com streaming. Não possui estacionamento, mas geralmente tem vagas fáceis na rua. Qualquer dúvida é só mandar mensagem :)
