It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

The access to the house goes through a hall and then to the kitchen. This, fully equipped, has a modern and elegant design in black and white tones and a marble floor that brings an exclusive touch to this room. The living room and dining room are spacious and very bright and also include a glazed terrace that allows the passage of natural light as well as enjoying the beautiful views of the city. It has an elegant blue sofa bed (with double bed) that together with the carpet of geometric patterns and the brick wall, create an atmosphere full of personality. It should also be noted, its small reading corner, its high ceilings and warm melis pine wood floors that add to the feeling of comfort that this house gives off. The dining area has a table with capacity for six people, ideal for more formal meals. The master bedroom is characterized by its luminosity, achieved thanks to the French doors available to flood it with natural light. It is equipped with a Queen Size double bed of 1.80cmx1.90cm. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It has 2 single beds next to each other, and the living room also has 2 sofa beds. The bathroom is clean and bright, and all of our linens are white and soft. We have a well-equipped kitchen for your use with everything needed if you decide to make lunch or dinner. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer/dryer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
