It was a very pleasant stay and we had a very good time. I will definitely recommend to anyone planning to stay in Green Point.

Stayed with Ian and Wayne for a month while undergoing a medical procedure. Host could not have been more kind and accommodating. Always asking me if I was comfortable or needed anything. The cottage itself is located on their property, but is very private, nicely decorated and has all the amenities you could ask for. Within a 15 min walk to shops, but to reach the beach you’d need a car. Ubers are also plentiful and cheap. Overall, highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Pam was a wonderful host, kind and very responsive. Her place was cute, comfy and clean. Also beautiful views of table mountain right outside. Would recommend.

Great place to stay in !

My son stayed at Julia's flat for 3 weeks. It was spacious, comfortable and clean, with everything he needed. Secure parking and easy trip into Cape Town. Julia was very responsive when there was an issue with the security gates not opening with the provided phone and sorted the problem quickly.

We had a great stay. The complex is a short drive to Canal Walk as well as a small shopping centre next door - walking distance. Comfortable apartment. We enjoyed the stay.

Myself and my husband with our daughter celebrated our anniversary weekend at this gorgeous apartment. The host Errolldean was so sweet, very helpful. The apartment was spotless and exactly like the pictures. We felt so safe and so at home. We will definitely return again in the near future.

A cozy, private spot that truly felt like a home away from home for my son during his 3-month stay. Safe, clean, and centrally located—close to all amenities and easy to find. The included laundry and cleaning services were a huge plus. As a mom overseas, I was at peace knowing he was well taken care of. The hostess was responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

All good place is nice as described, but a bit forceful to make me check out at 10:00 AM. I received 3-4 messages throughout the day that my check out is at 10:00 AM. After asking for a later check out until 12 or even possibly at 2:00 pm as i had my flight , they said it is only possible if i pay extra 200 ZAR/hour and that i MUST LEAVE before 10:00 am, otherwise pay extra. Also check in is at 4:00 pm which they agreed to be at 3:00pm, which was okay. Everything else was fine

I read in a previous review prior to booking that the place is an exactly as the photos suggest and this is 100 percent true. The place was neat, spacious and equipped with everything you need and more. Privacy is definitely the order of the day as the interaction from my hosts were limited to my on arrival greeting which I really appreciated as I am a very private person. I would definitely stay here again and will be booking my next stay in December 2025. Thank you Antoinette and Pieter.

A Gem in the Heart of Newlands ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a truly lovely one-night stay at this charming Newlands cottage. Wynand, the host, was absolutely delightful – warm, accommodating, and went the extra mile by allowing us a slightly later check-out, which was much appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and filled with thoughtful extras – granola, yoghurt, rusks, and a great coffee machine. These small touches made our stay feel extra welcoming and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better – just two minutes from Newlands Village with its quaint shops and eateries, and directly opposite SACS High School. It’s also a quick two-minute drive to the ever-popular Forries pub and restaurant, and access to the property was easy and secure, with safe parking inside. A great little spot for anyone visiting the area – we’ll definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ruth’s apartment. Charmingly decorated and beautifully sunny which made us feel right at home. A lovely little deck for early morning coffees and late afternoon drinks. Enjoyed waking up in the mornings to the mountain views from the kitchen and lounge areas and even enjoyed hearing the scholars being dropped off for school ( a school close by). Apartment was equipped with all we required. After a day out and about we loved returning to our little home for the week! Off street parking is provided as stated in listing - just to point out that it is a bit steep, but manageable. Thank you Ruth - we hope to be back! Best wishes, Antoinette and Dana

Rene's place is nothing short of spectacular. It's perfectly situated with beautiful views of the ocean and the mountain. Very comfortable, modern and clean. if you forgot something, be sure that she might have it.

This was our second stay at Henri's place. Once again we had a lovely time. Its peaceful and very centrally located. The apartment is well furnished and extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts are very responsive and the building feels very safe. I like the views over the city and mountain. Would definitely stay again.
