Condo holiday rentals in Century Village, Deerfield Beach

We had a lovely stay, it’s very chill and calm. Feels homey. Very spacious and I loved that it was directly across the street from a quiet beach. Also steps from the pool. I liked that the master was upstairs with a Private balcony and a huge bathroom. People staying in Ventura were very kind I would definitely go back!! I brought my teenage sons and my father, we had plenty of Space.

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

Really nicely appointed! Excellent kitchen and bathroom amenities! Comfortable living space, great closet availability. Beach items were a total plus!! Bed comfy and extra linens and blankets available. Will DEF stay again!!!

Alexandria was super responsive as I had questions at check in on parking. Condo is cute and well kept.

My day was wonderful my family and I had a very good time and everything was lovely. Nice environment active lots to do. I enjoyed it so did my family.

I absolutely LOVED this Airbnb, we had the studio apt for me and my husband. There was a welcome basket in the fridge with lots of yummy food, beer and wine! Amazing touch to an already amazing place. The host was very responsive with any questions. We are already planning another trip there next year with some friends. We viewed his other apts., in the building and they were also amazing! It's like a mini resort. the added touch of all laundry facilities and supplies, beach chairs and coolers, umbrellas being available just topped it all off!!! Best host!

Enjoyed our stay in Pompano Beach. Condo was nice, clean. Very comfortable bed with nice pillows and linens. Beach just across the street. Hope to come back when we can stay longer.

This was a well-kept, nice place that is a condo but quiet enough not to bother me during my stay in terms of road and neighbor noise. When it rains, the skylight is loud. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. I stayed for a month by myself, but I think that more than one person staying here might be tough because the bedroom is a loft bedroom and you can hear everything upstairs or downstairs. The sheets on the bed were too small for the bed and were ripped on the corners because of it when I got there. A few of the kitchen bar stool chairs needed fixing. But overall I was very happy with my stay here, it had everything that I needed.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. The apartment was really impeccable, as seen in the photos and complying with everything indicated in the description. From the closet with beach and pool items to the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building also has all the amenities such as a small supermarket, pool, etc.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable and has beautiful ocean views! The hotel pools and beach club were great and had excellent service. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying there again!

The location couldn’t have been better just one block from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy morning walks on the sand or catch the sunset in the evenings. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful pool — clean, quiet, and perfect for lounging on warm afternoons. Plus, the area around the apartment is full of great spots within walking distance: cute cafes, delicious restaurants, and fun shops I didn’t need to drive anywhere the entire trip! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beachside escape. I can’t wait to come back!

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nicole and Drew's beautiful condominium. The furnishings are luxurious and high end, but cosy and comfortable as well. Nicole and Drew were easy to work with and communicate with. They shared alot of information about the condo, the building, and the surrounding area leading up to our stay which was extremely helpful. We were really happy with our stay and hope to visit again. Thanks for sharing your lovely space with us!

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

Leo's place was exactly like the pictures and if anything the views from the balcony are even better in person! You can watch the cruise ships sail away while having an ocean front view as well. The resident pool was perfect and peaceful away from the hustle of the hotel. The place was exactly as described and Leo and his team were very responsive and helpful. The new restaurant across the street Casa Playa has excellent food. Luna, one block down has great margaritas and food too. I'd definitely recommend his place and will come back again next time I'm in Fort Lauderdale.

We had a fantastic time and we were very pleased with the Suite and the property in general! The staff was very friendly, the facilities were great. The pools were well kept and we enjoyed them, grateful for several to choose from. We would definitely recommend this facility to others.
