The house has stable high-speed Starlink internet with a backup power supply, allowing access even during power outages, a 55-inch smart TV, and is approximately 80 meters from the beach, allowing you to go back and forth without stress. Your car is parked inside the house in a spacious garage, and on top of everything, you sleep listening to the sound of the sea in a super comfortable bed with air conditioning, a large bathroom, and a balcony with a railing for added safety.

The house is located 50 meters from Praia do Fora in Trindade, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, surrounded by trees. Inside the property there is a freshwater stream located inside a beautiful grotto. You will sleep to the sound of the sea and the stream and wake up to the sound of the birds. Ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in the intensity of the Atlantic Forest and the beautiful beaches of Trindade without giving up comfort. Ideal for home office, since the house has 2 independent internet networks.

Rancho do Cepilho

Enjoy Trindade, staying in the exclusive Morro do Cepilho. In a simple, beautiful, comfortable, very cozy house, with an incredible view of the sea, the beach and the Atlantic forest. The house is 150 meters from Cepilho beach. The street doesn't reach the house yet, but there's a parking space available downstairs. To reach the house, you need to climb a steep staircase. It's good to bring little luggage, and a backpack is preferable to a suitcase. the climb can be tiring but the view makes up for it.

The Monkey House is gently immersed among the trees, just a few minutes from natural swimming pools and waterfalls. It offers safe, comfortable, and fully equipped indoor spaces, high speed internet, as well as an open rooftop terrace designed as a lounge observatory overlooking the surrounding exuberant nature. DIFFICULT ACCESS WITH AN UPHILL SLOPE AND STAIRS - The location is 1500 meters from downtown Trindade. It is on Cepilho Beach, with access 200 meters away on a street that is a "trail with stones on the ground, for people who enjoy nature and are physically fit." -energia 220v, do not bring Air Fryer.
