Andres is a fantastic host and chef! I felt very welcome from the beginning, the room and the garden are fabulous and you should not miss out on having lunch and/or dinner at his restaurant (great vegan and vegetarian options)! The place is very clean and spacious, Wi-Fi is stable and everyone is very helpful and lovely. Next time I’ll be staying longer!

I've been hitting Airbnb's in Bolivia and especially in Cochabamba for five years now. I'm not afraid to say that Natalia's and her lovely family's "duplex" house is the best place I've been so far. Big, double floor, clean, comfortable, well equipped. I felt at home. Indeed, I extended my stay of a week. Although a bit dark in the afternoon, I used the dining room to work in the afternoon and the comfy living room to relax in the evening. Communication with Natalia was fast and stable. She also helped out with a couple requested I made. The location is unbeatable. I hope I'll find this Airbnb available next time I come around Cocha!

We were welcomed by Leando and his mother, and both were very friendly. They helped us a lot with directions and places we needed to go. They made us feel right at home. The place is very nice

Mirian is a wonderful host who is really welcoming, friendly and has thought of everything to accommodate guests. The property is private and spacious and really well designed. I felt right at home here. The centre of Cochabamba is an inexpensive taxi ride away.

Freddy's apartment is very well hubic close to everything one may need without needing to handle. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything one might need for a short or long stay. Very friendly and helpful security staff, I was sent a parking lot for the duration of my stay at a very reasonable price. The apartment and the parqueo offer a great value in the area compared to other alternatives. Definitely come back if in apartment it is available

A wonderful place to discover Cochabamba. The place looks better than pictures and the apartment is well equipped. Can’t recommend it enough!

I stayed for a month and was very happy with my stay. The area is beautiful, there were lots of options for going out, and there's a beautiful park right outside. The condo offered a Jacuzzi and sauna. The Jacuzzi was cold both times that we used it, but still really nice. I wasn't well informed on their trash policy, or location, but was politely informed on their trash rules. I was also asked to keep it down after 10, which is reasonable, although, I didn't realize we were loud. There was a TV in our room which the host kindly connected to Netflix for us. The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would book here again.

The place has amazing views of the city, mountains, and even Cristo de la Concordia. The location was also perfect. The plaza Colon (Where the apartment building is located) had everything we needed. Api at night, salteñas in the morning, and people to exchange our dollars to Bolivianos. The apartment was very spacious, welcoming, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Juan was very responsive, very helpful, and accommodating. Thank you Juan for sharing your wonderful place in Cochabamba!
