It is an invitation to rediscover the beauty of the little things, surrounded by the greenery of the most authentic Tuscany. It's not just a vacation; it's a return to our roots. The little house

We open the doors of our home in the Siena countryside, 7 minutes by bus from the center (bus stop 2 minutes away). A small, functional nest designed to make you feel at home, ideal for couples or singles. It offers a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a sofa bed: to ensure total comfort, we recommend it for 2/3 guests, but it can accommodate up to 4. The kitchen is spacious and equipped; the bathroom, although small, is fully equipped. Free parking in front of the house, no limited traffic zone.

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Die Gebäude von Podere Piazza tragen noch heute sein Wappen. Somit erklärt sich auch unser Kirchlein, am Straßenabzweig, davor rechts zur Pinienallee und links in die Einfahrt.

Located inside the ancient residence "IL PALAZZETTO". "Granaio" is a large independent house located in the old grain store of the property, now renovated in a modern annex. The house consists of a large living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed, two large double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom with shower. Includes TV, independent heating, air conditioning, private parking, Wi-Fi.
