And WiFi is available if you want to remain connected to the real world! Continental breakfast is provided along with a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. There is no kitchen.

It is 5 miles from Aberporth and Tresaith beaches and 10 minutes drive to either Cardigan or Newcastle Emlyn for cafes and shops and adventures on the beautiful river Teifi.

This listing is our most recent addition for the spacious double room which includes a very comfortable king size bed. The guest bathroom is shared between the 2 guest rooms only. We are on the edge of town, 2 minutes walk into the pretty market town of Lampeter, University and other amenities.

The Sea View room to the side of the house has an en-suite shower room, king size bed, built in wardrobe and sea views over Cardigan Bay. Breakfast is served in the ground floor dining room which also has a TV with Freesat for guest's use.
