Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. One Pet only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

Borth is a quiet location, With a sandy beach - and lots of amenities in the village With pubs cafes And a 2 minute walk to train station. We have a lovely cinema with a wonderful restaurant, Good surfing with surfing lessons available and Kayak hire at Borth beach - Ynyslas 1.5 miles away has drive on beach with sand dunes Also coastal /River walks There is also a golf course a short walkaway. On arrival you will receive a welcome pack with basic essentials

Welcome to Ty Melyn (Yellow House), a stone cottage built in the 1850s, set on a single end road in the Rheidol Valley, in its own grounds that form part of a Nature Reserve, Coed Simdde Lwyd. You will stay in a self catered annex attached to the main house. With its own private entrance it is a self-contained unit with a bedroom, living room, walk in wet room and a kitchen. Every room benefits from central heating and the living room contains a wood burning stove for those cosy evenings.

Just 5 mins from Aberporth and Tresaith beaches, this gorgeous self-contained room features a modern en-suite, private entrance, TV, and small dressing room. Although no kitchen, a breakfast buffet is provided with toaster, fridge & kettle. There is ample free parking and a private patio outside the room with table and chairs - perfect for watching the sunset. Very peaceful, yet 15 mins from the towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn. Please note this is not suitable for infants or pets.

Enjoy a stay at this ideally located studio. Just minutes walk from the harbour, sea, coastal path, shops, restaurants, train and bus staion. It's an ideal base for exploring Mid and West Wales. Inside the studio you will find a comfortable double bed, a modern en-suite, a small kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. There is a fold down table so if you are not using it you can enjoy more space. There is a 32' TV and free wifi. Parking is available by request.

Welcome to Brynmyrddin- a newly refurbished guest annexe that is on the edge of Penrhiwllan village in Ceredigion. Surrounded by countryside and short drive to beautiful beaches and towns such as Tresaith, Llangrannog, New Quay and Aberaeron. We have the best eatery for miles around that’s within walking distance -the dog friendly Daffodil inn and a well stocked local shop. Our property has a private drive and free parking, private access and garden with fabulous views of the valley.

We have recently renovated a self contained annexe to a clean and comfortable place to stay. The annexe consists of a large open plan lounge & kitchen area, large bedroom, bathroom and an enclosed deck area in the garden. Please note despite airbnb overview making us look as if we are in the middle of a field, we are in fact on the side of quiet B Road. Train station in Bow Street is now open, a 10 minute walk away, we are happy to pick you up to save you the WALK!

Capel Cwtch

The Cwtch is a private guest suite in the garden of our home: a 1870 chapel. It is situated between New Quay and Cardigan conveniently off the A487. Guests will enjoy the light and airy room with a lovely outlook. People staying will have sole use of the hot tub and garden spaces. There is also an outside bar/kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, table top oven, air fryer, George Foreman grill and kettle. There is off street parking.
