Casa Caere e' uno spazioso e luminoso seminterrato di 100 mq con entrata indipendente, composto da un ampio salone arredato di divano letto, cucina abitabile , due camere di cui una con il letto matrimoniale, la seconda con il letto a castello, un bagno finestrato e una stanza armadio. Nel patio e' possibile trascorrere del tempo e mangiare in quanto attrezzato di tavolo e griglia. La proprieta' si trova a due passi da tutti i servizi necessari (supermercati, farmacia, fermata di mezzi pubblici)

It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.
