La casa sulla riva è uno spazioso e comodo appartamento sito sul mare in un elegante edificio degli anni'20 del secolo scorso. Due soli gradini lo separano dalla famosa spiaggia. E' stato appena completamente ristrutturato con moderne tecniche edilizie che lo rendono fresco e silenzioso. E' completamente climatizzato e dotato di ogni confort . La posizione appena rialzata permette di avere una ottima vista sul mare anche quando le cabine degli stabilimenti balneari di fronte vengono montate.

Dotato di ogni comfort permette di ospitare fino a 4 persone. È composto da soggiorno con angolo cottura con cucina attrezzata e divano letto da una piazza e mezza, camera da letto e bagno con doccia e Balcone. Comodi parcheggi gratuiti nelle immediate vicinanze e posti auto limitati nel cortile all' interno del condominio

You will be accommodated in an independent portion of a renovated house just a few steps from the sea. The 15th-century building is accessed from the carruggio in the historic centre near the main square, in an area served by shops, clubs and restaurants. The pretty room is a single room with three seats, a kitchenette, a dining area, a private bathroom with shower and a washing machine (3.8 kg). The beach is a minute's walk away.
