Bonjour et bienvenue chez nous! Nous sommes une joyeuse famille de 4 personnes, amoureuse des voyages. Au cours de nos escapades nous avons pu voir combien il était important de se sentir chez soi, même loin de ses repères. Nous avons donc imaginé cette maison pour que vous vous y sentiez "comme chez vous" avec tout le confort et les équipements qui nous ont semblé indispensables, le tout dans un décor chaleureux. Nous espérons que vous passerez un excellent séjour dans ce "cœur de Bastide".

BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Sachez que cette maison a vu grandir mes enfants car elle est ma résidence principale. J'ai mis beaucoup de cœur et d'énergie à la restaurer et je continue à l'entretenir du mieux que possible. En rentrant dans ma maison, vous devriez être séduits par le charme de l'ancien et découvrirez ma décoration, mes photos... Je fais le pari que vous prendrez donc soin de ma maison comme si c'était la votre, que vous profiterez de ce lieu avec plaisir. Je suis peu voir pas présente à la maison.

Cottage in the heart of the vineyards, private sauna and jacuzzi

Notre gîte, au milieu des vignes avec sauna et jacuzzi privatif se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine tout équipée (cafetière nescafé et dosettes fournies),d'un canapé lit, une salle d'eau ainsi qu'une grande chambre avec un lit 160×200. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une grande terrasse dominant le vignoble. Une pergola bioclimatique vous permet de vous détendre dans le jacuzzi toute l'année. Un sauna tonneau est aussi à disposition sur la terrasse.

The large balcony with a beautiful view of the place Gambetta and the rue du Palais Gallien will allow you to lunch in the sun. Very close to Place Gambetta (pole exchange transport) you will be 5mn of the tram and bus(direct airport / station) check in 2:00-7:00pm. No late check in

Independent studio located in our house, close to the center and available from Sunday evening to Friday morning, ideal for work-study student or worker on the move. This 15 m2 studio, completely renovated is perfectly equipped with a new 140 cm bed, open bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen area. You will love our place because of its comfortable bed and independence. /!\ STRICTLY non-smoking accommodation, no smoking allowed in front of the house.

Sheets, towels and heating (electric) are included in the price. A second cottage on the property. The jacuzzi will be open this winter

Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne. Studio of about 30 m2 composed of a small kitchen, a sofa bed, a dressing room, a mezzanine with a double bed. The place can accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Access is through the garage of the house and then you have your private space. Hand delivery of keys between 6pm and 9pm.

In the heart of the Loupiac vineyard, 35 km from Bordeaux, we offer you the left wing of our family Château, which will be totally private. Warm and quiet atmosphere, you will have access to our estate which is a real invitation to take a walk. For the curious, you can discover our sweet wines.
