Monthly Rentals in Cerro de Punta

Alvin's property was squeaky clean and comfortable. The surrounding views are breathtaking! I was worried about lack of AC on an island, but there was no need for it. The mountain breeze comes in through the windows if opened. So does the sound of the birds which is spectacular and so calming. I loved this place and would recommend it 100%.

This is our second time staying in Monte Niebla, beautiful place and surroundings. Eileen and her staff were very responsive and the place has everything you need just bring your groceries and you can cook anything. The pool has a nice heater and you can enjoy the pool till late night. We also try the Panaderia close to the house super convenient. Overall was a great experience. We definitely coming back, thanks Eileen for sharing your beautiful place with us. The charcuterie was delicious and it when well with the wine. Thanks again!

Place was AMAZING!! We were impressed about how clean this place was , little balcony it is all you need. Bed was comfortable, bathroom has all you need, kitchen was very well equipped, but the most impressive to me was how good the linens and towels smell. I felt like home!!! I would definitely come back and stay longer any other time.

We only stayed for one night, but the place was just like it was described. Good location.
