Restored 1940s Art Deco Apartment in Santa María La Ribera

This is a 57 square meter apartment with very high brick ceilings, a large living room and dining area with a lot of light. Find authentic chic mid century furniture and several art pieces. The apartment has a private bedroom with queen size bed, closet and bathroom and a separate kitchen with supplies. It also has two small inner patios for light and ventilation. A lot of original architecture details from 1940 like floors, brick walls, ceiling and windows frames were conserved in the restoration. The project was recently featured in Architectural Digest Mexico and won several important architecture prizes: Architecture Masterprize and NoldiSchreck. Guest may use the whole apartment. You can also hang out in the inner patio of the condo and first floor lobby. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer you can use next to the garage. Santa María La Ribera is a historic 19th-century neighborhood. Stroll in the Alameda Park opposite, then visit the nearby Museo de Geología. Here, gaze at mammoth and dinosaurs fossils, plus paintings by the famous Mexican master Jose María Velasco. You'll find a lot of public transportations options including subway, metrobus (direct line to the airport and historic center), train, bus and public bike system (ecobici). Metrobus Linea 4 norte is a direct connection from the airport T1 and T2 to Buenavista and back. Takes about 45 min. 30 Pesos/person, a rechargable Metrocard is need. Safe, quick and direct way to and from the airport.

Elegant and Artistic Loft on Historic Madero Street

The apartment is a single volume space at unique San Carlos building, a 19th Century ex-Hotel, recently refurbished on Madero Street, between Bellas Artes and Zócalo. You can access to the apartment 303 and the roof terrace. If you need anything or have any doubt, you can always reach me through the system or in my cell phone. It will be a pleasure to make your stay a great experience. The loft is in a former hotel in a prime location on historic Madero Street, between Bellas Artes and the Zocalo. It's walking distance to major attractions, and is close to public transportation. Ideally, use google maps to orient yourself around the city. New apartment on three levels with splendid views of a beautiful Mexican-Andalusian garden. Two large beds, two full bathrooms, equipped kitchen, dining room and a comfortable living room. Very quiet, with four leafy trees in the garden muting sounds from the outside world. The Santa María caters to young people's tastes, has a big range of cuisines and features 'colonial style' architecture given that it is in the town's Historic Center; it is just a 10 minute walk to the San Cosme Metro, with Zócalo just four stops down the line.

The loft furniture was carefully curated to make the area comfortable while stylish and enjoyable. The rooftop has a 360° view of CDMX, with direct view to the skyline of the Reforma buildings. The Santa María neighborhood is well connected to Polanco, the Airport, Chapultepec, Condesa, Juárez and the Historic Center.

THE BEST STAY OF MY LIFE! Ramon saved my life. Not only is this place gorgeous, the bed is a cloud, and the location was incredible, but Ramon when above and beyond when I forgot my very important medication after leaving. If I could give 10000000 stars, I would. The details from the linens to the decor to the layout was perfection. The neighborhood feels like the Pasadena of Mexico. Gated community. I was a solo female traveler and arrived at 8:30pm in the dark and was completely safe. XOXO!!!

This was the sixth time I've stayed in an Airbnb in CDMX, and Eduardo's place was leaps and bounds the best I've ever booked. The photos are obviously gorgeous, but the place itself looks exactly like them. Big win. Also, the love and care that went into the interior design with plants, fixtures, wood and other pieces is on full display. Eduardo himself was immediately responsive to the messages I sent (we had minor internet slowdowns with heavy rain and lightning), and went above and beyond to fix the issue. If you know CDMX, you already know that the area has a lot to do, eat, and drink. So that should come as no surprise, but the guide he sent along was handy nevertheless. It feels like the magic of Airbnb when it first launched. I don't want to stay anywhere else when I come back.

El Nido was everything we hoped for and more! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home, including a puzzle that kept us entertained for a rainy night in. Patricia guided us on a 4 hour tour of the park- her soothing presence and words bringing to life the architect’s vision. Communication was very clear and detailed leading up to our stay including details on groceries and a taxi service. We can’t wait to return!

Gustavo's place looks just like the photos! Great space, even better location. This was my first time in CDMX and it was easy to walk from his apartment to many places. I mean heck it is around the corner from Casa Gilardi. Infinite hot water! Can get noisy at night if people are having guests over. Just be warned the bed is very firm and not to my liking. There is also no AC (common in Mexico but I did not know), but apartment is cool at night if you open the windows. Everything else was great. Gustavo was very responsive. Would likely stay again just for the location.
