Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero perfetto! La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, accogliente e impeccabilmente pulita. La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. La colazione è stata una delle migliori mai provate: abbondante, varia e con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Un vero piacere iniziare la giornata così! Un ringraziamento speciale va a Filippo, per la sua gentilezza, disponibilità e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Sempre presente ma mai invadente, ci ha fatto sentire accolti e coccolati fin dal primo momento. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Endroit très calme, paysages magnifiques et belle piscine. Donata est une hôtesse très chaleureuse et attentive. Elle connaît très bien la région et peut conseiller des visites.

Das Haus mit Terrasse ist idyllisch auf einem Hügel mit Weitblick gelegen. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sauber und ordentlich. Das B&B hat alles, was man benötigt.

Stanze ottime, esattamente come descritte e in perfetta posizione. Piccola manutenzione necessaria in bagno, ma per il resto tutto funzionale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Check in di persona e molto cordiale

Ho trascorso una notte in questo alloggio nel centro storico di Urbino e mi sono trovata molto bene. La posizione è ottima, in piena zona ZTL, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. L’alloggio è pulito, ben curato e confortevole, ideale per una sosta breve ma piacevole. Un grande punto a favore è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente non troppo distante, cosa non scontata in una città storica. L’host è stata gentile, disponibile e chiara nelle comunicazioni. Esperienza decisamente positiva, lo consiglierei!

We looooved Maria’s place and her hospitality and friendliness. She made us the best breakfast every morning! We enjoyed this place so much! It was our favorite Airbnb! The place is so nice, comfortable and quite. Supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. We would come again and recommend this place 💯%

Il B&b offre uno spazio immerso nella campagna. Stanze carine, giardino con piscina meraviglioso. Possibilità di prenotare aperitivo nella dachbox, merita! Patrizia e la figlia Giulia gentilissime!

Il signor Gianni e la signora Anna sono persone molto gentili e cordiali. E stato un piacere chiaccherare con loro due. Siamo stati trattati come se fossimo della famiglia. L'appartamento era molto pulito e tutto era nuovo. L'aria condizionata era ottima per dormire in queste giornate calde. Per la colazione hanno chiesto anche la preferenza di ogni uno, ottima. Se torneremo a Gatteo alloggeremo sicuramente lì. Raccomando.

Alessandra è un host estremamente disponibile e gentile. Ci si sente come accolti in casa, in una grande famiglia.

Staying at Sergio’s place was a perfect way to finish our trip to Italy. It is a wonderfully run B&B. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and at home. The apartment is so beautifully clean and brilliantly thought through. It’s a stunning place, and we’re so glad we got to spend 2 nights there. We got to meet a number of the family members: all of them super friendly and helpful, generous and hospitable. Really lovely, sweet people. The breakfasts were terrific! We had a wonderful time, and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Nido d’Ape is the perfect base for exploring Emilia Romagna. Not only is it conveniently located near must-see destinations like Bologna, Ravenna, and even San Marino, but it’s also a stunning place to stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, and Giovanna and Roberto ensured our visit was unforgettable. They shared great tips on what to explore and served an amazing breakfast each morning with their homegrown produce, freshly baked bread, pastries, and homemade jams. One rainy evening, they even invited us for dinner, and we had the best time. They’re exceptional hosts, and we can't wait to return.

Het was geweldig bij Marina Wat is Marina een geweldig lieve vrouw. Super zorgzaam met een lekker ontbijt die ze persoonlijk aan tafel komt brengen. We zijn maar twee nachten geweest, maar zelfs na twee nachten gingen we weg met bij een plek die als thuis voelt. Dankje wel Marina voor je mooie plek te delen. A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Petrarca! I had an amazing experience at Hotel Petrarca in Rimini. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. What truly made the difference was the warm hospitality. Lorenzo, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. He made us feel genuinely welcome and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. It's rare to meet someone so dedicated and friendly! I highly recommend Hotel Petrarca to anyone visiting Rimini. It’s a great place to stay with a fantastic host who truly cares about his guests.

Rossella è una bravissima persona oltre che host gentile e premurosa. Siamo stati molto bene a casa sua e ci sentiamo di consigliarla a tutti. La camera è grande e pulita, il letto comodo.

Exceptionnel ! Quelle plaisir d’avoir été accueillis par Mara! L’emplacement est parfait, la vue - imprenable! Le lit est très confortable et la chambre est de taille parfaite! Petit balcon sympathique. Le petit déjeuner, incroyable! Il y a de tout et tout est frais et préparé avec soin! En plus nous pouvons déjeuner dehors, vue sur mer ! C’est sans doute le meilleur BNB que nous avons eu! Mara était disponible tous les jours et très à l’écoute. L’emplacement est parfait car il est un peu éloignée du centre ce qui permet d’être calme mais en même temps on y est très vite. Depuis la maison nous avons un accès directement à la mer. Et avec la réservation du BNB les transats sont compris le temps du séjour! Incroyable ! Bref c’est le top du top! Nous reviendrons ! Et mille merci Mars 🫶🏻 Je recommande x10000!

Il soggiorno da Piero è stato perfetto nulla lasciato al caso, dal posto stupendo immerso nel verde con una bellissima visuale sulle colline circostanti, alla pulizia delle camere e dei bagni (perfetta!), alla simpatia e cordialità di Piero e di sua moglie con i quali ci siamo anche "persi" in belle chiaccherate ! Per finire al risveglio la ci siamo trovati una colazione fantastica preparata dalla moglie di Piero....torte e dolci fatti in casa per noi! Grazie ancora ci rivedremo sicuramente!

Wat een paradijsje! Echt een heel erg mooie, rustige plek om te vertoeven. Een zwembad, heerlijk ontbijt, prachtige schaduwplekjes met een leuk uitgekozen meubilair, frisse kamer (air-co) en een erg vriendelijke familie die ons heel hartelijk ontving en alles in het werk stelde om ons een geweldig verblijf te geven. Een echte aanrader!!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl bei Elena und Davide gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist total sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die beiden sind sehr herzliche Menschen und sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Unser Highlight war der private Pasta Kurs bei Elena mit anschließender Verkostung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft allen wärmsten empfehlen, die einen ruhigen, authentischen italienischen Aufenthalt suchen. Bis zum nächsten Mal, Lucie & Dan

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, alles wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch gut erreichbar. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt – gerne wieder!

posizione davvero comoda per uscire a piedi, strada non trafficata colazione molto ampia e buona. grazie a tutto lo staff alla loro gentilezza super consigliato 🙂

Lovely place Abracadabra and Angela is a lovely host. In the middle of farmland this small Oase. Lovely decorated, nice rooms, good beds, great garden with a big pool. We loved our stay and would recommend this to everyone!
