The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Beautiful recently renovated historic house with a splendid view of the mountains of the Roveto Valley. Spread over three levels, it has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room at the entrance (with a sofa bed). A few meters away, there are free parking lots, usually free. Supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants within walking distance and located within 700 meters. 30 m from the important historical site of the Emissary Claudio Torlonia.

Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. Joly's house was renovated a few weeks ago in a modern style. It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, wifi and hairdryer. The property has a private outdoor space where you can park. The area is quiet, peaceful and away from traffic. The location is ideal for visiting the Cunicoli di Claudio (3 minutes away), for mountain excursions (Velino, Ovindoli and several local trails). It is about 110 km from Pescara airport and about 1 hour from Rome.
