Davide is a courteous and nice host who even picked me up from the train and drove me back to the train station. The apartment is nice and quiet, a little far from the center, but you know that when you book here. The WiFi is very bad, you can't really use it.

Excellent apartment, matches the photos and description, clean, really equipped with everything, washing machine, dishwasher, towel changes, air conditioning in both rooms. Super-equipped kitchen from oil to condiments, coffee machine and pods, aluminum foil containers, baking paper, trays, toaster, really excellent attention. It has mosquito nets. The laundry area/washing machine I found everything I needed for cleaning, new broom, new sponges, detergent for washing machine, softener... really great attention. Nothing was missing! Great location near the beach and the main street. Super active host, always very helpful, and decisive. bikes available Really great staff! I accidentally got locked out with the keys inside the apartment, and within 5 minutes they solved the problem. Not intrusive and really very professional. Positive note also to the Lido delle Sirene!

A place very suitable for our needs, quiet, close to a park , a supermarket and 20 minutes from the city center!!! Lots of storage and well-equipped, a pleasant terrace.... in short, we loved it and will be back with pleasure.

We were personally welcomed by our host, Alberto, in a cozy house located in an ideal location, a few steps from the hinterland and only 15-20 minutes' walk from the sea. The house is well stocked with everything you need, including shower accessories such as towels and shampoo. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator. The most pleasant part of the house is undoubtedly the terrace, where you can dine outdoors while enjoying an admirable view. I highly recommend this accommodation to those looking for comfortable and quiet accommodation near the sea, I think I will return in the future!

I was there for 11 days, the reception was very friendly, language barriers could be overcome with Google Translate, Daniela is very friendly and personable and also gave me tips on excursions in the area. The house is very quiet very close to the beach which fortunately was not yet crowded in April:). The house is equipped with everything you (I) needed, nothing was missing, especially I liked the bed, it has a very good mattress on which I could sleep very well:). I was also lucky with the weather and did a lot and it is true for me a very nice, great and relaxing holiday. Sights and shopping are easily accessible, I have been very satisfied with everything and I lacked nothing, my small Dog and I were very happy here.

Careful and tidy structure, new bicycles are available, reception open every morning with Davide very courteous and attentive to the customer. Beach is about 500m dog friendly. In front is a small comm.le center with a supermarket and a trattoria. At 20m there is ample free parking and a play area with a very nice tree-lined park. We took a penthouse for 4 days, in two people with a small dog it's perfect. Recommended!

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

Lovely spacious apartment, clean and comfortable and everything you could need

We loved our stay, the villa is beautifully done, has all of the amenities needed, was spotlessly clean and our hosts were so welcoming and provided lots of recommendations on places to visit and even made us a delicious pizza and shared a local wine. The view from the villa is breathtaking, watching the clouds roll through in the distance every morning whilst eating breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.

The space is small but cozy, extremely clean, and has all the necessary amenities. Mirko was very helpful and kind.

We were warmly welcomed by Bernedetta's children. She explained everything to the last detail and also gave tips for the surroundings. The house was in great shape and is also very nice! It is a building from the 13th century and many details have been nicely preserved. You are at the top of the mountains with only a few hundred meters away from another holiday stay of the same family. Furthermore, you won't be bothered by anyone. You can enjoy an insane view.

A beautiful place, immersed in the hilly countryside of Casentino. A renovated building with great care and taste in which you can breathe the history of the owner and his art. Prawns, trees, shrubs, water mirrors, and a beautiful garden are the setting for all this. In addition, you have the impression that you are guests of a friend and not customers of an accommodation facility. On my behalf, I'll definitely be back.

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

The house is in a great location, both for visiting Ravenna on foot and for reaching the surroundings by car. There is a large free parking lot in front. New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

The accommodation and Claudia were great. The village is quiet and familiar, a great little shop with very good local items. The landscape is magnificent and you can take beautiful walks. Claudia is very friendly, warm and helpful. We'll definitely come back for a little longer.

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Margherita’s apartment is stunning, the location is great 10 minutes away from the train station and the town centre. You can find fantastic restaurants near to the apartment and the world famous mosaics are few minutes away from the house also. The bus stop is 15 minutes away so it’s easy to visit Ravenna’s beautiful beach as well. I will be back soon for sure.
