We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Moneti. The house is very beautiful, well furnished and clean. We appreciated the availability of the owners, always very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend it for a quiet stay by the pool;)

Incredible place, with an beautiful view. The house is rustic and welcoming. We had a great time, we will probably return in the summertime!

The host Andrea was very helpful and always responded quickly. The house looks like on the pictures and it is a very quiet environment. The garden is super well maintained and large. Andrea was helpful with any issue.

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

Wow what an holiday we had here! Such a luxorious house with a big pool, cozy outside area, clean and fresh beadrooms and a home close to stores and Rimini. In addition to beautiful outside and garden area, the house had a lot of indoor space including huge living room, all equipped kitchen and fresh spa and gym area. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful and gave us the best places to explore during our stay. This is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing week in Italy.

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

Maria and Angelo's stay in the house was simply amazing. They welcomed us very well, although we were many hours late due to delayed flight, clutter by rental car and closed Autostrada. The entire property, both inside and out, is of a very high standard. Everything appeared to be extremely clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated having three large bedrooms, two good bathrooms, living room with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and two balconies that could be used for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained pool area and the lush and beautiful garden. In summary - if you want a holiday stay with excellent comfort and with the very best hosts - in an area with almost only Italian tourists - then this house is highly recommended.

Villa Lamborghini is unique: it literally borders the sandy beach strip of Lido di Savio, and its location could not be more convenient for everything. The swimming pool is huge (hotel-sized!) and it is great to be able to come dipping into it straight from the beach, all very pleasant. We were a family of 7 in the upper floor, a large apartment with a superb sea-view balcony, ideal for all our meals outdoor. Both the kitchen and the rest of the house have everything we needed and more, and Silvana has been a great host. We look forward to coming back!

Great 1 week stay at this villa, 6 adults& 4 kids. Pool was great, beautiful surroundings, very nice towns nearby to visit (Urbino, Gradara, Pesaro++). Superfriendly host in Riccardo who was so helpful and kind assisting with dinner reservations, tips + organising a chef-at-home dinner.

Maria Rosa is a wonderful host! In addition to meeting our requests and needs, she was super hospitable and kind! The place is great! All rooms are spacious and spacious, we didn't need anything since everything we needed was present in the house. We stayed for a weekend in 4 people and 6 dogs who really enjoyed the really large outdoor space! Strategic location to reach the sea and the many hiking trails we enjoyed with our furry friends. Charming villa in a quiet location. We enjoyed it! A little more amenities such as more sun loungers with pillows, more service in the kitchen... would complete it, but that is only a small side note.

Very friendly host. (valuable tips for restaurants) . Feel free to try the restaurant Osteria Nido dell'Astore Jolie Jolie with a well-maintained pool. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is an absolute plus. Impeccable cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful environment where there is plenty to see and discover, but far from mass tourism.
