Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cēsis Municipality

Beautiful place, and so relaxing. Ginta was so helpful and welcoming. The surrounding area is gorgeous, and lots of opportunity for day trips into Cesis and for hiking.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The design of the house is thought through to the smallest detail, and the vast territory was perfect for our dog. The barbecue and fire pit added coziness to our evenings. Despite the presence of one neighboring house, we barely noticed the other guests. The host, Mareks, was exceptionally attentive and friendly. All in all, this is a wonderful place to relax, which we highly recommend.

I give 5 out of 5. The location is very peaceful and surrounded by nature. We could hear birds in the morning and enjoy fresh air. It was perfect for relaxing. My kids really loved the garden and small playground area. They run around safely and had so much fun. The house is very clean and everything is well prepared. Kitchen had everything we need for cooking. Towels, bed, toilet — all very clean and comfortable. The host is very kind and always answer fast when we have questions. He gave us many helpful tips about local places and things to do. We feel very welcome. This place is really good for family trip. We want to come again in the future. Thank you so much!

It was marvelous weekend in this place. Beautiful and picturesque surround. Calm and quiet. There are another house for rent nearby so maybe in bad if neighbors will be loud you can feel lack of privacy but not in our case. Very well equipped you can find what ever you may need in village house: well made grill with seat spot around, traditional wood sauna + natural pool nearby. Super village wibe. Host was super friendly, responsive and proactive. We had no any issue with accommodation and house usage. The only small downsides: house placed in real wilderness, so not the best gravel road as the only way to reach the house. Another side effect of that: no any shops 10+km around so consider to bring all food and drinks with yourself including fresh water. Would be glad to return again.

Wat een fijne plek! We kwamen hier helemaal tot rust. Het huis is super gezellig ingericht. De tuin is enorm en heel rustig. Andris en Inese gaven ons goede tips om te doen in de buurt, zoals een mooi kunstpark en wandelroutes in de bossen. Aanrader!

Stunning views of the lake from the cabin, really serene and relaxing area. Hosts greeted us upon check in and provided instructions and gave us apples. Very kind. In autumn it was a bit cold, but to be expected. Bed was comfortable, and sauna very convenient and warm. Raiskumeitus brewery nearby is a must try.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war auch super schön und man hatte wirklich alles zum glücklich sein. Zu dem war die Kommunikation super schnell und gut und unkompliziert. Es wurde direkt auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und flexibel drauf reagiert. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Wir fühlte uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und hat einen authentischen Touch. Es gibt viele Spiele und Angebote sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Rihards war sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Jegliche Fragen wurden beantwortet und wurde seine Hilfe benötigt, war er innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zur Stelle. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen :)

All over good place, good location, good for families

Unser Aufenthalt in Anses Apartment in Līgatne war rundum gelungen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Gebäude unweit der historischen Papierfabrik. Bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man den malerischen Bach rauschen – fast wie aus einem Bilderbuch. Das Apartment ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die große, moderne Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen ein. Besonders gefallen hat uns das geschmackvoll renovierte Bad sowie die charmante Kombination aus restauriertem Boden und stilvollen Vintage-Möbeln, die den Charakter des Hauses wunderbar zur Geltung bringen. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Anse verlief reibungslos und herzlich – man spürt, wie viel Herzblut in dieser Unterkunft steckt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great space! everything is top-noch and perfectly simple. The garden is lovely, and the place is in a very nice location - a green piece with a short walking distance to the old town

Nu jau otro reizi nedēļas nogali pavadijām šajā mājā! Viss izcili, un to jau mēs zinājām! Varu piebilst, ko šeit īpaši ievēroju, sīkumi, kuri var arī nebūt, lai būtu izcili! Bet ir....pazīstama zīmola kvalitatīvi dušas, matu mazgāšanas līdzekļi, saskaņotas krāsas dvieļi, atbilstoši interjēram, pat eksterjēram, durvju fiksētāji, līdz pat skapju eņģēm, trauku mazgājamā mašīna, un tā var turpināt un turpināt....Ir padomāts nevis par visu, bet piedomāts stipri vairāk! Ļoti gaumīgi!

Für unseren Urlaub in Lettland mit unseren beiden Hunden wählten wir diese wunderschöne Unterkunft auf dem Lande aus und es war wunderschön und ruhig. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, zudem gibt es eine Sauna und eine Hottub. Wir genossen unseren Urlaub dort wirklich sehr. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Riga oder am Meer (circa 1 Stunde Fahrtzeit). In der näheren Umgebung hat es mit 20 bis 30 Minuten Fahrtzeit einige schöne Burgen aber auch Restaurants und Supermärkte.

We had great and tranquil stay at Santa’s place. Everything was as described, Santa was very responsive and helped with all questions that we had.

Very friendly hosts, everything was done to feel welcome there. Place was very clean and well organized, peaceful place to stay with family on vacation.

I enjoyed staying at Zigmund's place - it is very cozy, the sauna was terrific, and the location was calm and peaceful, I felt right at home. Zigmunds was very forthcoming, helpful, and friendly. Would love to stay here when I visit Cesis next time. :)

This place is really magical, cannot recommend it enough. A cute, functional and beautifully fitted little house, with a small kitchen with all you need, little touches like great drip coffee maker, fast beautiful heater with real fire, lovely bed linens and cosiest attic with fairy lights. But the greenhouse/living room steals the show - amazing place for meals, reading, and I even slept there a few times on a mat I brought. Candles, fairy lights, wood stove and speaker all add to the atmosphere. Lots of little veggies growing there. The setting is really special - it’s right on the river, called Loud river - and it’s true, you hear the sound of the river in the yard and greenhouse, it is very relaxing. There is a ping pong table, grill, amazing hikes, kayaking options and pretty Ligatne in the surroundings. Ance is a great host and the host house is further on the property but a good distance so it feels private.

Lieliski pavadījām laiku. Namiņš bija labi aprīkots, nekā netrūka.Vieta ir ļoti skaisti iekopta ar skaistu reljefu. Agnese bija atsaucīga un visu labi izstāstīja. Vienīgais mīnus bija tas, ka pēc sludinājuma bildēm nevarējām saprast, ka tuvumā ir vēlviens viesu namiņš, bijām gaidījuši lielāku privātumu lai nebūtu jāuztrucas par skaļākām sarunām naktsstundās un netraucētu citiem.

Absolutely will go back! Loved the place, sauna and the awesome sound system in the room! Bathroom was so warm. And I personally loved the outdoor toilet, brought back memories and could do business peacefully. On top of everything I was so happy to find UNO cards and badminton rackets! There was no thing missing. Would love if you could also swim there after the sauna! But 10/10 place. I also saw a deer, nice.
