Byt bol čistý a útulný, bývali sme na 9 poschodí. Nebola tam žiadna kuchynka a príbory ( pre tých kto by chcel večerať na byte ) . Cesta autom od dedinky do Češskeho Krumlova 15 min , do Lipna 40 min. A je tam veľa miest na parkovanie

Very nice, large apartment right on the river. Just a few minute walk to the museums. Able to park the car across from the house. Would definitely recommend!

The flat is situated within the historic center, so everything can be reached within a short walk. The interior is really high class and the terrasse an absolute bonus. Kitchen is equipped for breakfast, no grand cooking possible. Which you don’t need, as multiple restaurants, cafés and bars are just around the corner. Communication with Kristjan is friendly and fast as he works in the same building. Note, that you have to be a good walker, as the flat cannot be reached by car (only taxi) and there are two steep stairs leading to the apartment. We loved it and would definitely come back again. Es war ein schönes und sehr sauberes Appartement. Man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt. Definitiv empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe zur Altstadt (ca. 1 km und 15 min zu Fuß). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich diverse ca. 800 m die Straße hoch (mit dem Auto 2 min). Unsere Ferienwohnung ging nicht zur stark befahrenen Straße sondern nach hinten raus. Dem entsprechend war es sehr ruhig und von der Straße nichts wahrzunehmen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 OG eines neuen Gebäudes das zudem über eine Tiefgarage verfügt die via Fahrstuhl direkt erreicht werden kann. Ganz allgemein ist die Wohnung hell, freundich und modern eingerichtet und besteht aus einem Flur mit großem Schrank, Wohn-/Schlaf-/Küche (1 Raum für alles) mit Geschirrspülmaschine/ Backofen/ Mikrowelle/ Kühlschrank/ Spühlmittel/ frischem Lappen, Esstisch, Schreibtisch und Doppelbett sowie einem Duschbad. Babybett u. Hochstuhl wurden kostenfrei bereitgestellt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut gereinigt. Vorteilhaft war auch der gute und kostenlose Parkplatz.

The apartment is brand new, squeaky clean and matches the description. a big plus is the garage parking. The only downside of the apartment is the location - the windows face a busy road and in order to get to the city center you have to walk for 15 minutes along a very busy road on a narrow sidewalk.

We stayed at many AirBnBs before, and this was by far our favourite! Beautifully renovated, brand new interior, so cozy and comfortable… great location to the historical center, just 7 minutes by foot and easy to reach from the bus station as well. Karel was very kind during all communications. We would come again any time!

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht da weil wir auf einer Hochzeit waren und würden jederzeit wieder kommen wunderbares Apartment.

Great apartment in close walking distance of the town. Very spacious and had everything that we needed. The washing machine was very handy. The host communicated very well and was helpful. We would recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting Cesky Krumlov. Thanks for a great stay.

Мы провели незабываемое время в апартаментах на озере Липно. Местоположение оказалось отличным: прямо у озера, что дало нам возможность наслаждаться красивыми видами и свежим воздухом. Апартаменты приятно удивили своим современным стилем и огромной террасой.Все сделано и обставлено со вкусом . Кухня была полностью оборудована, что позволило нам удобно готовить. Спальня была просторной и комфортабельной, а чистота и порядок в апартаментах на высшем уровне. Хозяин был очень приветливым и отзывчивым, дал советы по пребыванию ,отвечал моментально на все вопросы. В целом, наше пребывание оставило только наилучшие впечатления, и мы с удовольствием рекомендуем эти апартаменты для отдыха у озера Липно.

Die Wohnung ist richtig toll ausgestattet und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt!

We had an incredible time, with beautiful surroundings - really calm and peaceful right by the lake. Apartment is well equipped, everything you need for cooking and even all sorts of toiletries. There's so much to see and do in the area, we stayed for one week and could have easily stayed longer. A real gem, highly recommend Jan's place to explore this corner of Czech.

Die Unterkunft mitsamt Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und praktisch. Wir wurden sehr gut aufgenommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gastgeber sehr nett und freundlich und das Objekt einfach hammer man hat in Zimmer whirpool Dusche und Sauna also echt top. Wir kommen wieder auf jeden fall.

Probably the nicest Airbnb we've stayed in. The building has been expertly and artfully renovated recently and the attention to detail is incredible. I recently retired from a career of rebuilding luxury homes and was very impressed with the quality throughout. The location is also wonderful, being a short stroll to the best that Český Krumlov has to offer along with the magnificent view from the patio. Lastly, the hot tub and fireplace are real highlights, especially for our mid-November visit.

Pobyt byl skvělý. Když jsme cokoliv potřebovali, tak Veronika hned odpověděla. Doporučuji. Kousek od restaurací, obchodů a zábavy.

Wir haben zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Hund)eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht. Sie war sauber, Handtücher, Seife und Duschgel waren vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war schnell und reibungslos über die Nachrichtenfunktion. Der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz konnte auf Nachfrage vergünstigt zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Bäckereien waren in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Unterkunft, sodass die nicht vorhandene Küche nicht stört. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar. direkt über der Straße konnte man mit dem Hund im kleinen Garten Gassi gehen. Einzig wenn es wärmer wird, könnte die fehlende Klimaanlage zum Problem werden. Aber ansonsten top und sehr gut beschrieben. vielen Dank!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Mädels und es war klasse! Sehr schön und viel Platz. Per WA war der Kontakt immer sehr schnell und sehr nett! Die Gegend selbst ist auch schön. Nur die Adresse war mit Google maps nicht so leicht zu finden. Aber telefonische Hilfe mit Weg Beschreibung war vorhanden!
