An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was truly a highlight of our vacation! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: in a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches in the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Lovely character filled apartment in old town, sun drenched courtyard, very quiet despite being close to beautiful narrow streets filled with charming cafes, shops etc.

Host and employees were very interested. Especially Mustafa Bey took care of us closely during the holiday and helped us a lot for all our needs. The house was very comfortable and peaceful. Also, our neighbors in the apartments next door were very friendly, so we had a very enjoyable holiday. Now, when I go on holiday in Alaçatı, the first place I will look for accommodation will be Olea. :)

Ms. Ayşe was a really amazing host. She was flawlessly supportive. We've never had such hospitality before. It was both very nice and cozy at the facility we stayed in. Although we stayed for a short time, it was a house where we had a pleasant time. Its central location made it very convenient for us. It will be a house that we will easily prefer in our next visits due to the fact that there is nothing missing in the house and the interest of your host =)

We stayed for 2 days. When you entered the house, the spirit of Alaçatı immediately embraced you. There was everything you could think of in the house. The books in the bookcase, the accessories, the fireplace, the atmosphere of the house was very nice. Alacati bazaar was a 5-minute walk. The street where the house was located had the full spirit of Alaçatı. On the morning of the holiday, our host left bagels and boyoz at our door, which was a very nice thought. Great location and nice apartment! Ideal for a 4-person group

Seriously 5* Deluxe 2+1 Apartment , we stayed for 10 days for 9 nights and the rooms are Great, comfortable and big, everything is very, very clean. Mr. Mehmet is extremely friendly and helpful. We were overly satisfied and can recommend it to everyone with peace of mind. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Cesme Center/ Bazaar, and directly across from the Cesme Marina and from the windows and balcony of the living room, it is incredibly beautiful. In addition, every detail is very well thought out, from its cleanliness, decor to the comfort of the guest, Mr. Mehmet and very hospitable. There was everything from towels, toilet paper, Selpak, cleaning products, washing machine, even laundry and dishwashing detergent, coffee and tea, and there was a huge damacana in the house, so there was a simple thing to say about drinking water in the house, so we can recommend the room sincerely to everyone, both we and our children were very comfortable. We would definitely like to stay at Mr. Mehmet's house again on our next visit to Cesme. Gracie!

The location of the house is very nice , you can have a very nice holiday even when you arrive with your private vehicle. The house was very clean, everything you need is available, if I go to warm up again, I will definitely choose the same place again.

Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

We stayed at Ferdi's place for a week and had a super nice time. Various beaches, restaurants and convenience stores can be reached quickly. With the Dolmus, other places (such as Alacati, Cesme city) are also easily accessible. Glad to come back!

I think it is one of the best options to stay in the Dalyan region. Parking is available. Walking distance to Dalyan marina. I would like to thank Mr. Kemal for his hospitality. By the way, I would definitely recommend you to stop by Cevat's place when you come to Dalyan.
