Beachfront holiday rental in Çeşme

Nice location, close to ilica bus station, so my first trip from Izmir to Cesme and back was easy. Easy check in and check out , excellent response , flexible in check-in-out if that possible with the luggage keeping option. Thank you

Me and my girlfriend had a 5-day vacation, we were staying with a girl, we thought it would be a problem, but we did not have any problems, the house was very tidy and comfortable, we did not have any problems with the entrances and exits, it was flexible. The host gave us the Netflix and wifi password from the first day, and we did not miss much from him, and we did not have much request from him, and our host reached us without us writing. In the middle of the corpse in terms of location, you can reach places where you can eat comfortably, where you can easily eat, shopping, a place that was a price and performance holiday for us. If you have a car, you can reach the popular beaches in Cesme in 15-20 minutes for 10 minutes to the popular beaches in the Alacati region, it is really nice in terms of location, thank you for the weeping, we are satisfied with them, I hope you are satisfied with us, please stay safe 🤍⭐️

The location of the house was great for us. We were extra happy that it was always on a bright, safe street. The amenities of the house were sufficient.. Ms. Elif was in constant communication with us. From the first day to the last day, he met our needs in a very short time and got back to us right away. We happily ended our holiday, we recommend it to you as well.

At every stage of our stay from booking to check-out, both Mr. Can and Eli made us feel comfortable as if we were staying in a really close friend's house thanks to their kindness and high-level communication. The location of the house was very good, you can walk to Ilica beach in 2 minutes, there are many cafes and restaurants around within walking distance and migros is right next door. Also, if you came by car, there is no parking problem, the items in the house are very nice and everything was considered (There was even a filter coffee maker!) . The biggest problem in these places is that you may need to buy the basic necessities in the house even for short stays. However, thanks to Mr. Can, he put some of the things you might need in the house, from soap to toilet paper and even shower gel, salt and oil. She was also very thin to call to ask if we needed anything during the stay. We can't wait to come back in the summer season:) Thank you so much for everything. Orkun&Özge

We loved staying at Badehan's place, it was a great vacation! It was beautiful and Badehan super nice!!! What is important to know if you travel without a car, by minibus you can get to all the beautiful beaches very close by. But have cash with you, there is no ATM in Ildir :) Thank you Badehan for this good time!

The house was as it appeared in the photos and had a great location. The beach was lovely; just a few stones as you enter the sea, then you enjoy the soft sand. Having mosquito nets on all the windows allowed us to protect ourselves from mosquitoes. The layout of the house was quite functional and there were enough towels. Ms. Ayla was extremely caring and welcomed all our requests. The house was clean in general, but it made it a little hard to find a no-alcoholic place in the surrounding area. There was air conditioning in only one bedroom, but the fans were enough when we went. Night walks on the beach were not safe, as wild pigs descended at night. A car is a must because there is no place to reach on foot, but there were minibuses to Çeşme. Overall, a home and environment we can choose again; we are satisfied.

We had two very nice nights with my wife and baby. Ms. Bade and her husband are very interested and help with everything. The food and breakfast were great too:)

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. We had a very nice holiday away from the image and crowd of Istanbul. Hotel manager Ms. Deniz and his colleagues were very interested the place we stayed was hygienic and clean Ms. Deniz has been our assistant in all matters, we thank her from here 💯💐

Didn’t get to stay in the house we originally booked because of a maintenance issue on a holiday week, so she got us into a better house and worked out the details. That house had some tiny issues but nothing a little more preparation for our stay couldn’t have fixed. It was great and host was kind and worked with us.

As it appears in the images, we did not have any problems, only Google Maps brought us to the wrong place. iPhone normal maps take us to the exact address. It had a great view, it was very quiet. There are cooking utensils at home. We were very pleased. I plan to come again.

Everything was very nice, Ms. Deniz was very friendly and helpful, we felt like we were at home, a place we definitely wanted to come back to. Everything was complete,immaculately great.

We stayed here with my family and absolutely loved it, very clean and looks just like the photos. Local restaurants and beaches were very easy to get to, there is also walkable distance taxi stop near the home. Very responsive and lovely home owners, would definitely recommend this place.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was very clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The area is quiet and ideal for resting and relaxing. Due to the location, a car is recommended to comfortably explore the surrounding areas. The hotspots Alaçatı and Ilıca are very close and quick to reach. Our apartment was in a great location, we ended up at the sea in as little as two minutes on foot. The air conditioners were great, it cooled the moment we turned on. Cenk is an excellent host, he is friendly and helpful! The house is situated in front of a warm sea, it is a quiet place ideal for a peaceful vacation especially for families. We had all the necessary stuff for our everyday life. It is also near the most beautiful places in Izmir Cesme, Alacati, etc.. It is a very nice spot in terms of location. The view is very beautiful. It is exactly the same as the place you see in the photos. The only problem is the parking space because it is in a central location.
