Sleeps 6 people - 6 persons can stay. A detached villa in a 265 m2 garden. Downstairs there is a lounge, kitchen and bathroom; upstairs there are 3 rooms and a bathroom. Quiet,peaceful,holiday villa with private pool

10 minutes to Alaçatı, bakery, grocery store, market, pharmacy walking distance, 5 minutes by car to Yılıcaplaji and bays, 20 minutes to Çeşme marina, no transportation problem. It will be given to up to 5 people. It will be given at least 3 days in April and May for at least 5 days in other months.

Fantastic apartment with 2 sea-view balconies. Very clean with great mattresses and pillows. Beautiful and spacy bathroom with local mastiha shampoo and soap. Welcome treat with Greek coffee and mastiha products (candies and chewing gums). The apartments are located in the most convenient location of Chios – 15 mins drive to the city center and near the south part of the island where you can visit Mastichochoria, Mesta, Plaka, Olimpoi and great beaches: Mavra Volia, Vroulidia, Fana, Agia Dinami. Mr. Giorgos is an amazing host with extremely warm personality. He is very helpful providing information about the history of the island and guidance regarding the best places to visit. NO ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT!!! Mr. Giorgos thank you very much for everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Well done and keep promoting Greek hospitality. We strongly recommend staying in Shallow Sea - Chios

We stayed for 6 days, Mr. Muhsin welcomed us and responded quickly to all our requests during the stay. I likened it to places abroad in terms of format. It's nice to have such a regular and orderly place. We will stay here again on our trip to Çeşme. In the meantime, there is no direct parking lot, but there is a small area to put the vehicles in the front, so we did not have any problems in that respect. You can also walk down to the center of Çeşme in 10 minutes. In the evenings, for example, we always walked to and from the place without driving.

He was very polite and interested, the house was more beautiful and very clean than it looks in the photos, and I would like to thank him very much for his kind little gift, if I come to Chios again, this is definitely the place I will choose. For transportation, I recommend a bus from the port of Chios (mesta) to the center and a taxi from the center. From the central port of Chios you can easily reach by taxi.

For the price you can’t ask for anything better!! Location a little bit of a walk to the main shops but nothing over 10 minutes. More of a hotel style which we enjoyed. Pool area lovely.m, with supplied towels which is such a bonus. Only stayed for one night but would’ve loved to stay longer!!

Beautiful place! I really enjoyed my stay there. Everything was as described. Even though language was a bit of a barrier, they were always extremely helpful and attentive. They included cleaning and changed the towells several times during my stay. Would love to be back there if I ever have a chance to return to Chesme.

We were sufficiently satisfied with our stay with 2 3-year-old children as 2 families. Everything has been thought out in detail. Especially the kitchen supplies. Only in the houses/rooms where we see this as missing from hotels and in every accommodation is not included in the houses/rooms. Yes, mosquito nets have been built everywhere in the house, but it is not possible to be able to watch it with children ☺️ at the age of 3, and if the lounge sets are changed, a warmer environment can be created in color, not missing, suggestion. A patio should be built on the part facing the pool side because it gets quite sunny during the day. And a table can be placed in the garden for food. This is what we see missing. Other than that, it was a well thought out house. We left satisfied. Definitely preferable again.
