The outbuilding is a very large studio/mezzanine of more than 55 m2, adjoining the owner's house, a former hospitalist of Santiago de Compostela . Independent and private entrance. Small private running/garden area but not fenced.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

In a 19th century house and its 5000 m2 park, renovated in 2020, enjoy an independent 90 m2 accommodation in a wing of the house, with its kitchen, bathroom, a 15 m2 master bedroom with double bed, an 11 m2 bedroom for children with 2 single beds (convertible into a 180 bed), its 30 m2 living room, and a private terrace. In the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers, the studio is located in Romagne, on a former wine estate, in a quiet and warm place. 19 km from St Emilion and 39 km from Bordeaux, you can discover the vineyard and Aquitanian heritage (castles, bastides, abbeys, medieval cities, Romanesque churches...) or come and rest. Accessible by bike path, many activities are nearby (sports activities, markets, restaurants...).
